What is Hamster?

Hamster is a workspace designed with an AI focus, aimed at helping developers and teams effectively plan, organize, and execute their projects by providing continuous context to AI coding agents across different tools and workflows. It allows users to create a structured plan, brief, and context that can be integrated effortlessly into various AI development platforms such as Claude, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, and more, ensuring that all agents maintain a consistent grasp of the project's objectives. Instead of relying on disjointed prompts, Hamster brings together instructions and project information, enabling agents to deliver more accurate, consistent, and targeted results throughout the entire development process. Serving as a coordination layer for AI-assisted development, it allows users to smoothly transfer their plans across different tools while minimizing context loss and maintaining continuity. With compatibility across a wide range of AI coding environments, Hamster functions as a comprehensive interface that connects various models and systems into a cohesive workflow. This forward-thinking approach not only fosters enhanced collaboration but also simplifies the development process, making it significantly more efficient for teams working on intricate projects. Furthermore, Hamster's ability to adapt to different environments ensures that teams can leverage the latest AI innovations, thereby optimizing their workflow even further.

What is Buzz?

Buzz acts as a self-hosted platform designed to enhance teamwork between humans and AI agents within a shared digital space, all overseen by a team-operated relay. This innovative workspace consolidates various elements such as discussions, automated agents, workflows, repositories, documents, searches, and more into a unified system that adheres to a single identity framework and maintains a complete event log. Every interaction—including messages, reactions, workflow advancements, approvals, updates to canvases, huddles, or Git actions—is carefully recorded as a cryptographically signed Nostr event, providing both individuals and processes with a reliable audit trail. Unlike conventional bots, the agents in Buzz are regarded as integral team members; they can be added to channels just like any other colleague, possessing unique keys and designated memberships, which allows them to perform a variety of functions such as opening repositories, submitting patches, reviewing code, executing workflows, altering canvases, collaborating with fellow agents, creating channels, participating in voice huddles, and linking the right people to specific tasks. In addition, Buzz facilitates project history searches, offering users pertinent answers along with supporting threads, patches, runs, and approvals, thereby significantly improving the collaborative experience. By cultivating a connected environment, Buzz not only enhances efficiency but also empowers teams to tap into the combined potential of human creativity and AI capabilities. This dual approach fosters innovation and productivity, making it a valuable tool for any modern team.
