With ClickUp I was able to easily manage a large number of tasks, projects and workspaces remotely and in an orderly manner.

º I would like to be able to choose what the home screen will be each time I log in to my account. It would be more practical to be able to have that facility of being able to choose whether I want to enter a list directly or start managing a project as soon as I log in to my account. I say this as a problem as sometimes I have to wait for everything to load before I can decide what I want to manage and it would be more practical for me to be able to leave the feature I use the most by default for ease and accessibility.
º I would like the tasks to go beyond the subtasks, such as having subtasks within the subtasks, this would be more practical by wanting to detail the tasks more deeply and thus have everything more organized. When I talk about practicality it is the best when I can have the freedom with features like this as I can create tasks with more details that help me and the employees complete the tasks more easily.
º It would be nice to be able to suggest changes to the documents without the need to edit them. Like other platforms such as Office Word or Google Docs which can suggest changes without actually making changes, this is convenient when working collaboratively and you don't lose the content of the document by making simultaneous changes, but it would be better that within the document there should be a section of suggested changes according to X user, in order to also be able to identify who is the one who proposed the change.
º A good function is that it has a good synchronization with the Google calendar, so I can have my agenda more in order without having to export and import everything manually, but simply have to log in with my Google account and everything from my calendar appears in ClickUp. -

PositiveClickUp is a completely customizable tool that my business (virtual paralegal for multiple attorneys/law firms) uses for project management. We are able to make ClickUp match exactly what we used to track on paper. It allows everyone on the team to see the status of each task, who is working on the task, add comments, and schedule due dates. Being a visual person, I also really like that I can make our ClickUp structure in different colors!
NegativeNew setup (adding a new attorney and new clients under the attorney) is not as intuitive as I would like . Also printing seems to be a challenge.

ClickUp is easy to use; makes project management a breeze!
Date: Sep 22 2022SummaryClickUp is so easy to use with very little learning curve. It is functionally rich but not overwhelmingly so. I tried many project management tools over the past decade and ClickUp is the one I’ve stuck with as it provides the features I enjoy most (control over visualization of tasks and documentation capabilities) without needing to spend a lot of mental energy figuring out how to use the tool. I’ve used it primarily to manage my individual projects, but I think it provides the functionality needed for teams, too.
PositiveI like the many ways you can view tasks and dependencies. ClickUp is the only tool I’ve found that puts visual organization in the hands of the user. I also love the new documentation feature. For years I struggled to find the “perfect” project management tool because documentation was not a built-in feature, and I’m so happy that ClickUp added this for users!
NegativeIt’s not very clear what the functional difference is between dashboards and spaces. It seems that ClickUp provides many levels of organization, but I don’t end up using many of them as the purpose and function is not obvious for some.

PositiveClickUp is easy to use, it's not complicated. Even those are not non-techy users can use this tool with ease. There are also a lot of functionality options just like adding due dates, assignee, comments, dropdowns, tables, customize, everything you need is there! You can simply play with it! This is the best tool for group task collaboration thus far! You can also download a mobile app so you can access and be notified wherever you are.

I love the options it provides, and I'm glad that my company is paying for a subscription now because the limitations are invisible and many. I really love using ClickUp, and I'd love for it to get more popular!
PositiveThere are lots of nice features, views, and ways to handle information. ClickUp is generally very flexible and lets you keep track of a lot of things in a variety of different ways. You can use multiple lists and manage items from one list in others. The flexibility of custom statuses is nice, and the ability to assign items to multiple people is very nice. I also like that you can connect GitHub/GitLab and your commit message will appear in the ticket if you add the ClickUp id to the commit!
Also, the free capabilities are very nice!NegativePages don't always refresh in real time to reflect changes made, managing multiple lists can get tricky and annoying if you forget to think of items "physically". One item lives in one list, but you can also *add* that item to other lists so it displays there, but it still lives in that original list, so if you move an item to a list instead of "adding" it, it can be easy to lose track of that item.

To add, we were also implementing our information security management system (ISMS), and on our way to get our ISO 27001:2013 certification. ClickUp made it so easy for us to track and monitor our ISMS implementation. Now, our company’s management system is ISO 27001:2013 certified and 4 of us are verified ClickUp Power Users!
PositiveDashboards are a great help in tracking projects and presenting data. We really love the custom fields in the Task Views for in-depth recording and dashboard analysis. Other features are equally useful for managing team output and tasks such as Forms, Docs, and Automation. The automation helped us transact our operations faster and better (we use it for reminders, too).
NegativeSlow loading of data in dashboard widgets. Line graph in the Dashboard widgets can't be grouped per month based on completed date. Users can only analyze data in line graph by month based on created date. If you plot your tasks for the whole quarter in advance, the data will be grouped under the month you created it, not when you finished it.
