Overall, ClickUp is a very capable project management platform that has helped me stay more organized and improve collaboration with my team.

ClickUp has made it much easier for me to stay organized and keep track of multiple projects at once. I really like having everything in one place, tasks, deadlines, project updates, and team communication. The different views, automation options, and customization features give me a lot of flexibility to set things up in a way that works best for my workflow.

There are so many features and settings that it takes a while to fully understand how everything works. I've also experienced occasional glitches or slow loading times, especially after updates. While they're usually minor issues, they can be frustrating when you're trying to stay productive.

Great in organization of projects and tasks in one platform and it keeps users on schedule and in track with workforce.

I like it the fact that the free trial is easy to use and has all the features needed. Also very integrative and this considered there is nothing to dislike.

The crown treasure of ClickUp? Personalisation, hehe! It changes to suit the whims of our crew like a chameleon. ClickUp dances right alongside us as we sprint through feature releases like Agile ninjas. Personalised displays, automated processes, and data-singing dashboards evoke the feeling of witnessing Gandalf perform productivity sorcery.

On a skateboard, the learning curve can resemble Mount Doom. Although it's incredibly feature-rich, at first it felt like trying to learn Klingon for a Star Trek conference. Thank goodness, the support staff is patient and wise beyond Yoda. After they led us through the maze, using ClickUp is now like gliding through a Zen garden, albeit with sporadic sprints for bug fixes, of course.

I've been using ClickUp for a few months now, and I've been absolutely amazed by its power and simplicity. ClickUp is a great software that has so many benefits and even though it has a vastly large learning curve, it still remains as a great beneficial tool that has so many advantages and features that can be used to significantly improve the organization of your team. For us, as a business, it has greatly improved so many aspects of our business, but the main one I would say is that it has greatly improved the way we do work as a team overall, the creation of projects and the completion of these become less complicated and more easy to work with and finish, it is relatively easy to become a capable team that can do anything. With ClickUp, it is possible to have so much organization and complete all tasks in time and even earlier than expected, have total control over what needs to be done and what is being done, and have monitoring of the rest of the team and their assigned tasks, it has revolutionized and completely changed the way we structure our projects in order to set up a map of proper goals that adjust to our entire mission as a business and help us achieve even bigger goals as time goes by. It is not only an effective software, but it also has saved us so much money because it is affordable and it allowed us to get rid of so much paperwork that we used to do, when we had to spend our budget in physical stuff to complete all our lists, checklists, schedules, and more, it is possible to do this online with ClickUp, and even have more possibilities to edit and change up many things if a better idea comes up that benefits the project in a major way. It is also great to be integrated with other major softwares and we have been able to customize our workflow based on these integrations, as they allow us to become more proactive and become a better version of our team, with so much more organization, time, creativity, and abilities to work in projects together with the help of an amazing software that gives us the right tools to complete and reach every milestone in the time frames that we set for every one of them easily.

ClickUp is a very modern and reliable software. It is a very organized software that helps with the monitoring and revision of every task and project that is being worked on in the company. I like how easy it is to have a complete view of everything that needs to be completed during the day, week, or month, it is a tool that has a very neat and clean dashboard that allows me to be constantly organized and up to date with everything, without risking missing any tasks or important dates. For the different tasks that are created every single day, ClickUp gives me the opportunity to create distinctions between all tasks to help figure out a structure that allows me to finish my work day successfully and completing every task, it allows me to have folders, lists, and spaces that help sort out a lot of relevant information that help have more control over them and have a very innovative view that helps map out different future projects.
With ClickUp's tool, it is possible to customize tasks and provide a different outlook to every project thanks to this customization, I am able to set different tasks that adjust to many types of data, it is overall a helpful tool that helps customize every project the way that it is most suitable to get the best results. Additionally, I like the fact that it is a software that helps with the automation of so many tasks, such as automating triggers and actions for many tasks and customizing the triggers to act the way we want them to and complete the tasks in the way that we want to, all of this is possible thanks to the fact that ClickUp's system has so many pre-built automations that help get an idea of how they can work and what they can do, it offers so many templates that one can work with and choose from, this helps open the mind to creativity and not get stuck in one single template, it has so many templates that are very creative and innovative, as well as modern, that are used for many different aspects of the business and help structure all the projects in a cool way and they are viewed in the dashboard in such an organized way without anything crowding the view or occupying too much space, it feels very modern. Lastly, I think that what I like the most about ClickUp is the fact that it allows the collaboration with third party applications and it allows me to share different documents inside and out of the application with no difficulties, getting rid of having to create and send out emails during the day when I can just share them in the application with the integrations that it provides, it is the best way to collaborate on projects continuously and getting all the tasks completed with the team members and it allows me to save so much time and have better communication with the rest of our team.

What I don't like about ClickUp is the fact that even though it offers so many incredible tools and has the capacity to hold so much data without looking too crowded, it comes with the disadvantage that it takes too long to learn all the aspects and different features of it, the implementation and deployment of the application took too long and we were all confused by it initially because of the same thing that is good at, which is providing a space with so much tools. It is not a good thing that it does not provide enough support for it to be fairly easy to start using, it does not have enough guides either and it would be great if they could improve their support system and tutorials in order to be more comfortable while using it and start working right away with any project without feeling too confused or without feeling that there is a never ending learning curve with this software, this way it is possible to do all the tasks and projects without wasting too much time trying to learn how the platform works and how every feature works. Another thing that I don't like is the way that I have encountered too many bugs while using the software, usually it is okay if it is a couple of bugs that appear from time to time because I would not consider it as relevant, since it is not as often and it can be overlooked without any complications and it is fixed with just reloading the page, but sometimes it happens continuously when there is a new update and the new changes don't load properly, it is a bit annoying when this happens and they need to fix this because it happens too often and it doesn't leave a good look on the platform in general.

We have been using ClickUp for over a couple of years and from day one it performs exponentially for our project management. Also, its task management and automation perform great, it allows us to streamline our process and trigger automated tasks. ClickUp's collaboration ability helps us to interact, share files and assign tasks at the same time. Additionally, it also generates detailed insights about team performance and ongoing tasks status. Overall, ClickUp has been a game-changer tool for my team.

ClickUp is a reliable software that provides great customization and the ability to integrate with various third-party tools. The user interface is clean and easy to read information. The project reporting provides a detailed overview of ongoing projects. Allows to connect and share files with team members. Multiple project views like Gantt, list and chart are available. Its task assign ability helps me to assign tasks equally according to the roles.

The only downside I found is its learning curve it takes time to get used to and grasp all its functionality.

It’s helpful but sometimes is just an extra task to do. Some of my team members don’t like using it because they already know what they need to do without using ClickUp.

It has been an essential solution for managing projects remotely for my company. It has been possible to satisfactorily track all the times used within a project and thanks to this platform it has been possible to orchestrate the workers and their assigned tasks so that there are no setbacks when meeting established deadlines and thus having optimal performance. . This platform was one of the best I could have used because thanks to its tools I was able to solve the communication and organization that was so needed within the company, thus being able to have more control when it was necessary to work optimally. With the help of daily task management, all established deadlines could be followed and met in record time without losing the meaning and order that was needed. With ClickUp I was able to easily manage a large number of tasks, projects and workspaces remotely and in an orderly manner.

º The capacity and comfort of work is amazing, I like how I can have a perspective of the projects thanks to the Gantt charts which I have a timeline and all the tasks that must be executed within a project until its completion time . This gives me peace of mind and order by being able to have everything under control without having any setbacks and if I have everything, it can be readjusted to continue on the go.

º By logging in I can count on basic things that allow me to see the current status of the projects such as the tasks carried out and tasks that must be carried out on that day. It is comfortable and simplified to have everything in the beginning in a summarized way, but I would like to be able to customize it even more, including having the ability to choose which section I want to go to automatically when I log in with my user, but I will give more details in the negative points on this section.

º I love having the ability to keep track of all the tasks in a project, as well as being able to have reminders for specific tasks if I wish. This gives me more control when deciding how I want to complete my tasks by being able to work calmly without having notifications overwhelming my concentration. In addition, being able to assign a task is very complete because it allows me to prioritize an entire ordered structure on the different roles of each employee involved in a project.

º One of the functions that has been most useful to me is being able to have an extension for Google Chrome, it allows me to do several things without having to enter the website, use the desktop application or the mobile application. It's fascinating to be able to track a project as well as take screenshots and send them through the plugin. Not only that, you can also use commands with Alexa to be able to have reminders, as well as review tasks and some notifications, and I can also perform the same actions through Outlook and thus have my email synchronized with this platform.

º I can manage multiple projects within this platform and be able to have the status of each one at my start, it is essential to have this feature since I can manage several projects without waiting to have one on top of another or look for other platforms to do other projects, having to thus adapt to other functions and other characteristics. It is very comfortable how this platform organizes everything for me so that I don't lose sight of every detail of each project in which I am involved.

º The mobile application both iOS and Android are a bit clumsy and incomplete, this is disappointing since when I seek to have a multiplatform application I would like platforms like this to be complete and both the web, desktop and mobile versions to be complete for so you can have the ease of having everything at any time and on any platform. But with the ClickUp mobile app, it's incomplete in a number of ways that means I have to be able to manage projects and tasks on my desktop or laptop.

º I would like to be able to choose what the home screen will be each time I log in to my account. It would be more practical to be able to have that facility of being able to choose whether I want to enter a list directly or start managing a project as soon as I log in to my account. I say this as a problem as sometimes I have to wait for everything to load before I can decide what I want to manage and it would be more practical for me to be able to leave the feature I use the most by default for ease and accessibility.

º I would like the tasks to go beyond the subtasks, such as having subtasks within the subtasks, this would be more practical by wanting to detail the tasks more deeply and thus have everything more organized. When I talk about practicality it is the best when I can have the freedom with features like this as I can create tasks with more details that help me and the employees complete the tasks more easily.

º It would be nice to be able to suggest changes to the documents without the need to edit them. Like other platforms such as Office Word or Google Docs which can suggest changes without actually making changes, this is convenient when working collaboratively and you don't lose the content of the document by making simultaneous changes, but it would be better that within the document there should be a section of suggested changes according to X user, in order to also be able to identify who is the one who proposed the change.

º A good function is that it has a good synchronization with the Google calendar, so I can have my agenda more in order without having to export and import everything manually, but simply have to log in with my Google account and everything from my calendar appears in ClickUp.

Absolutely the best product of its type I've tried, and I did a trial of ten or so of these types of platforms! Highly recommended.

Very thoughtful design! Compared to other platforms I've tried, all my needs are met with ClickUp. The hierarchy is well-thought out, and you can easily get an overview of everything going on, zoom into one project, or sort based on a variety of factors. I love that you can easily control privacy levels of different items. There are a variety of views as well, so no matter how you want to see your work laid out, there is a view will meet your needs.

I wish the notes field on each task was more robust. Copy-pasting from other Windows programs into the notes field does not work very well - the formatting gets really wonky.

ClickUp has earned a pin on my taskbar. I start and end my workdays in ClickUp to receive and post project updates. I will never try to manage an asynchronous team again without ClickUp.

Custom fields and views allow ClickUp to be tailored for just about anything. As someone with a defined project management framework, I was able to introduce a standard across the organization that makes communication with upper management so much easier. So much less friction between team members with this single source of truth.

Getting others without my experience excited about another tool they have to use is sometimes difficult, as our instance is highly customized and monolithic.

It was a great tool to start with and has only grown better with time. Everybody's work is a little different, and ClickUp makes it easy to learn and adapt as you go, with plenty of best-practice resources to help you help yourself. Like many tools of this kind, you can't be afraid of trying new things or starting something over to make something that works better for yourself and your team. I also love the aesthetic, which adds to the joy of getting things done!

Overall, ClickUp is a great product that fits for our business. I can't think of any business that would not benefit from this product due to the customizable nature of ClickUp.

ClickUp is a completely customizable tool that my business (virtual paralegal for multiple attorneys/law firms) uses for project management. We are able to make ClickUp match exactly what we used to track on paper. It allows everyone on the team to see the status of each task, who is working on the task, add comments, and schedule due dates. Being a visual person, I also really like that I can make our ClickUp structure in different colors!

New setup (adding a new attorney and new clients under the attorney) is not as intuitive as I would like . Also printing seems to be a challenge.

ClickUp is so easy to use with very little learning curve. It is functionally rich but not overwhelmingly so. I tried many project management tools over the past decade and ClickUp is the one I’ve stuck with as it provides the features I enjoy most (control over visualization of tasks and documentation capabilities) without needing to spend a lot of mental energy figuring out how to use the tool. I’ve used it primarily to manage my individual projects, but I think it provides the functionality needed for teams, too.

I like the many ways you can view tasks and dependencies. ClickUp is the only tool I’ve found that puts visual organization in the hands of the user. I also love the new documentation feature. For years I struggled to find the “perfect” project management tool because documentation was not a built-in feature, and I’m so happy that ClickUp added this for users!

It’s not very clear what the functional difference is between dashboards and spaces. It seems that ClickUp provides many levels of organization, but I don’t end up using many of them as the purpose and function is not obvious for some.

The best tool thus far! It's almost complete with great value. It helps me organize and prioritize my tasks. It serves as my reminder of my everyday to do! Overall, ClickUp helps organizations to be more productive and to be more streamlined!

ClickUp is easy to use, it's not complicated. Even those are not non-techy users can use this tool with ease. There are also a lot of functionality options just like adding due dates, assignee, comments, dropdowns, tables, customize, everything you need is there! You can simply play with it! This is the best tool for group task collaboration thus far! You can also download a mobile app so you can access and be notified wherever you are.

ClickUp is a great tool for managing tickets and keeping track of who needs to do what when. I love the options it provides, and I'm glad that my company is paying for a subscription now because the limitations are invisible and many. I really love using ClickUp, and I'd love for it to get more popular!

There are lots of nice features, views, and ways to handle information. ClickUp is generally very flexible and lets you keep track of a lot of things in a variety of different ways. You can use multiple lists and manage items from one list in others. The flexibility of custom statuses is nice, and the ability to assign items to multiple people is very nice. I also like that you can connect GitHub/GitLab and your commit message will appear in the ticket if you add the ClickUp id to the commit!
Also, the free capabilities are very nice!

Pages don't always refresh in real time to reflect changes made, managing multiple lists can get tricky and annoying if you forget to think of items "physically". One item lives in one list, but you can also *add* that item to other lists so it displays there, but it still lives in that original list, so if you move an item to a list instead of "adding" it, it can be easy to lose track of that item.
Also, ClickUp has a remarkable upselling system for free users, and you won't know what something costs or even what your limitations are until you suddenly are going beyond the limits or trying to do something you didn't know you needed to purchase access for.

When we introduced ClickUp as our new productivity and collaboration tool in our company, we know that we will be facing bigger challenges on adoption and integration. To add, we were also implementing our information security management system (ISMS), and on our way to get our ISO 27001:2013 certification. ClickUp made it so easy for us to track and monitor our ISMS implementation. Now, our company’s management system is ISO 27001:2013 certified and 4 of us are verified ClickUp Power Users!

Dashboards are a great help in tracking projects and presenting data. We really love the custom fields in the Task Views for in-depth recording and dashboard analysis. Other features are equally useful for managing team output and tasks such as Forms, Docs, and Automation. The automation helped us transact our operations faster and better (we use it for reminders, too).

Slow loading of data in dashboard widgets. Line graph in the Dashboard widgets can't be grouped per month based on completed date. Users can only analyze data in line graph by month based on created date. If you plot your tasks for the whole quarter in advance, the data will be grouped under the month you created it, not when you finished it.
