What is Vaiz?
Vaiz is a project management tool built for small and mid-sized teams — startups, agencies, and growing SaaS companies — who want the structure of tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp without the complexity or price tag. It's an all-in-one solution for task tracking, document management, and team coordination, designed for teams of 5-50 people who want to get started in minutes, not weeks.
With customizable task boards, Gantt charts, real-time collaboration, and AI-powered assistance, teams can work together efficiently and meet deadlines without extra setup. Integration capabilities make it adaptable to existing workflows, and built-in task automation eliminates repetitive work so teams can focus on what matters. Vaiz scales with you, from a 5-person startup to a growing team, without forcing you to switch tools as you grow.

Great Value for money
Updated: Jul 03 2026SummaryOverall, I am very happy with Vaiz. It looks like a promising solution for teams that want better visibility, smoother collaboration, and fewer disconnected tools. It’s a practical, modern workspace that’s much easier to adopt than traditional enterprise platforms. I’d recommend it especially for small to mid-sized teams and start ups that needs to keep an eye on the wallet too.
PositiveWhat I like most about Vaiz is how it’s built to eliminate the constant switching between different tools for tasks, notes, planning, and collaboration. Everything feels thoughtfully combined in one clean workspace.
I’m impressed by the strong set of features: customizable task boards, documents, Gantt charts, dashboards, automation, and AI assistance. Vaiz does a great job focusing on simplicity while still supporting the needs of growing teams. The interface looks modern, organized, and intuitive — making it a refreshing, lightweight alternative to heavier platforms like Jira or Confluence.
The all-in-one approach really stands out. Having tasks, files, documentation, history, and collaboration tools all together makes work much smoother and more efficient. It also feels flexible enough for different types of teams, I used mostly for marketing. In one of my company we used Jira and in another we used Click up, but they are an overkill most of the time or not flexible enough.NegativeSome advanced reporting and analytics features feel a bit basic compared to more mature tools.

And the ecosystem of third-party integrations is still growing but they are working very fast and they are responsive to clients requests. -

Clean and practical workspace for tasks and team execution
Date: Jul 06 2026SummaryOverall, Vaiz is a useful work management platform for small teams that want tasks and documents in one clean workspace. The biggest benefit is clarity: everyone can see what needs to be done, who owns it, and where the related context lives. It is especially helpful when a team wants structure without spending too much time setting up a complicated system. It still has room to improve on advanced workflows and integrations, but for daily project tracking and team coordination, the experience feels smooth and practical.
PositiveVaiz feels simple and lightweight compared to many work management tools. I liked that tasks, documents, comments, and project context stay in one place, so the team does not need to keep switching between different tools. The interface is clean, the task views are easy to understand, and it works well for tracking ownership, deadlines, updates, and day-to-day execution without making the workflow feel too heavy
NegativeSome advanced integrations, reporting, and mobile-first workflows could still be stronger. Larger teams may need more admin controls and customization as they scale.

A great tool for team organization
Date: Jul 06 2026SummaryOverall, my experience with Vaiz has been very positive. It has helped me keep my team organized and save time on managing tasks
PositiveI have been using this service for more two years, and it's been a great experience. Before using it, it was much harder to keep track of what everyone on my team was working on. Now I can easily see who's responsible for each task, where things are getting stuck, and how we can improve our processes. It has really helped our team stay organized and work more efficiently
Huge thanks to the founders and the development team for building such a useful product. I'm genuinely happy with Vaiz and can definitely recommend itNegativeThe only thing I would like to see is even more integrations and new features in the future

Good app, recommend it
Date: May 12 2026SummaryGood app for our team. We manage all our tasks there now. We use the Kanban board the most - it's really convenient
PositiveWe really like the Kanban board here. And support team is really good. Good UX (I especially like some features with fast task movement and changing their parameters)
NegativeThe only thing I would like to fix so far is moving around the screen when there are a lot of blocks (sections). Now it's done at 4 out of 5 in my opinion

Simple, Powerful, and Easy to Use
Date: Jul 03 2026SummaryI've had a positive experience using Vaiz. It has streamlined the way I organize my work and collaborate with others, and it's clear that the team is committed to making the platform better over time. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, user-friendly workspace that continues to evolve.
PositiveVaiz has a well-designed interface that makes it easy to manage projects without a steep learning curve. I especially like how everything, from tasks and documentation to team collaboration, is available in one workspace. It saves time, keeps information organized, and makes it easier to stay focused throughout the day.
NegativeThe platform is still evolving, so there are a few areas where I'd like to see more customization options and deeper integrations with third-party tools. Occasionally it takes a little time to discover newly released features, but the product is improving steadily and updates are released regularly.

Easy project management tool
Date: Jul 31 2026SummaryVaiz has become our data team's main project management tool. It handles our recurring monthly update cycles well and keeps everyone aligned on what's outstanding. A handful of duplication and real-time-sync improvements would take it from good to excellent, and the team is clearly listening to user feedback.
PositiveEasy to learn and use. Milestones and task/subtask breakdown work well for multi-layered projects. Clear, visually organised boards. Helpful notifications. Comprehensive menu for documentation and organising work. Responsive team that acts on feedback.
NegativeNo way to duplicate a task with its subtasks, or to copy a whole group. Copied tasks keep a "Copy of" prefix. Task reordering is limited to top/bottom. No select/deselect-all. Boards need a manual refresh to show others' changes.

Vaiz transformed our startup Workflow — More than Task Tracker
Date: Jul 06 2026SummaryWhat impressed us the most is how supportive the Vaiz team is toward startups:
• Extended free trial periods
• Flexible pricing and startup discounts
• Lightning-fast support that typically replies within 5–20 minutes (!)
It's a true all-in-one workspace that combines the functionality of Jira, Notion, Confluence, and other platforms.
Tasks, documentation, processes, integrations—everything lives in one place.
Compared to larger platforms, where we spent weeks trying to reach someone who could actually make decisions, the difference is huge.PositiveVaiz is much more than a task management tool
After the chaos of running a startup with nothing but Google Docs, Notion, and pure enthusiasm, we finally moved to a proper task tracker.NegativeStill not enough direct integrations, and no Zapier integration.

Everything a startup needs
Date: Jul 07 2026SummaryWe tried the big-name tools first and they were just overwhelming — endless lookups, screens for things we never needed, half the features in the way of actually getting work done. Vaiz kept it short and simple. We got our team running on it fast and it's stayed out of our way ever since — around ten people, a bunch of projects, hundreds of tasks, no mess.
But honestly the biggest thing is the support. Vlad from Vaiz was always there to work with us — actually listening, actually helping, not a ticket queue. That kind of hands-on support is rare and it made all the difference.
If you're a startup that wants something that just works without the bloat, Vaiz has everything you need.Positive1. Simple and focused- no bloat, no unnecessary screens
2. Fast to set up and onboard new people to use and accustom
3. Handles a workload without getting messy
4. Flexible boards, each team works the way it wants
5. SupportNegativeI didn't see any challenge or short coming so far.

Powerful AI Assistant That Saves Me Hours Every Week
Date: Jul 06 2026SummaryMy overall experience with Vaiz has been very positive. It helps reduce the amount of manual work after meetings and makes it much easier to organize information and share it with colleagues. The platform is reliable, easy to learn, and has become part of my regular workflow. I would definitely recommend it to professionals looking to improve productivity.
PositiveVaiz has significantly improved the way I work with meetings and documents. The AI-generated summaries are clear, well-structured, and easy to review. It saves a lot of time by highlighting the key points and action items, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use.
NegativeThere are still a few features I'd like to see, such as more customization options for summaries and additional integrations with third-party tools. Overall, however, the product continues to improve.

All in one project management tool
Date: May 13 2026SummaryUsing Vaiz, you feel like you’ve finally found that one tool that actually helps you rather than forcing you to adapt to it.
PositiveThe website responds instantly to every click, which removes the frustrating friction of waiting for pages to load. You can easily adjust the entire setup to fit your specific needs instead of being forced into a rigid, pre-defined structure. The interface is simple enough that anyone can start managing tasks immediately without needing a manual or a long onboarding process. Its clean and modern design keeps the focus entirely on your work by cutting out all the unnecessary visual clutter. The support is amazing too.
NegativeIt takes a little bit of time to adapt your mind after using old-school tools. Takes a little bit time to adapt your mind after using old school tools.
