My experience with ClickUp has been great. I would defineatly recommend to anyone who was looking for a set up such as this for their company. Very easy to use, easy to show others how to use, & overall well put together application.

I love that as a user, it is extremely user friendly and straight forward. As a person that is very organized, this is the best application that I have encountered in my career thus far that allows an entire organization the ability to have eyes on everything that is going on in real time.

There have been a few times where the system was either slow or inaccessible, however support handled these issues in a very quick and efficient way.

I've had such a great time learning about and using ClickUp in my work. I switched from a notepad to-do list and excel files to a comprehensive solution that has changed the way I work. I really can't say enough good things about ClickUp!

ClickUp has become such an instrumental part of our event planning process! It has reduced the need for the many check-in meetings we held in the past. We've increased our efficiency and transparency to projects/events so all team members can find everything relating to that specific item in one place. I love the ease of use and I still learn new capabilities I can utilize every week!

Some features are lacking common organizational aspects, such as being unable to sort Docs into folders for a cleaner appearance or having subtasks inherit the filled in custom fields from the parent task. I hope to see these implemented in future software updates.

I really do love using ClickUp, setting up dashboards, and showing how work is distributed really makes business smoother and more streamlined.

The ability to customize the organization of our businesses with ClickUp is brilliant and the custom fields are a game changer. I've used at least five of the top business organization tools. ClickUp is the one we have stuck with. I really do enjoy getting things done. The ability to be able to create documents has made being productive faster as we don't need to keep relying on google its saved that extra step, which sounding small has made things simpler.

If I was to try hard really to find any criticism at all. I would say that it's got a lot of features which I've felt has been a bit of a learning curve for me, however, really the ability to customize is really part of ClickUp benefits so I'm not sure that's really a downfall at all.

Once we got it set up and running and trained our users it has made a world of a difference. We love it.

ClickUp is a great tool to keep efficient and keep your business running smoothly. It has made a lot of difference to our organization, and keeps us ticking along instead of missing things and fire fighting.

In general I think is a great tool with some improvement areas. Using the tool is quite easy and logical, makes easier to solve the tasks.

Easy to handle and manage tasks. Adding the comments and the files to the activities is a great plus to support the understanding of the task.

If by mistake you close a task or you switch the status it might be difficult to find it.

ClickUp does an amazing job providing you different ways to keep track of your different tasks. I love the way that there are different views depending on the type of list that you’re creating and the flexible status options available to allow you to keep track of projects in a way that makes sense to you. Our company uses it not only to help individuals stay on track, but also to manage the 10+ different campaigns we have running simultaneously. It’s also helpful that Click Up allows us to invite guests into our workspace when we’re collaborating with external groups. The dashboard feature is an amazing way to create reports and synthesize what’s happening with different tasks. I definitely recommend using Click Up to any organization or individual hoping to get their goals organized and push projects forward.

Love the way that you can design and create your space in a way that works with your brain- there are different view options, lots of reporting tools, dashboard tools, unlimited lists and sprints you can create, etc. Also love the flexibility when it comes to choosing colors, statuses, and tags. Our company was able to create an automated campaign task creation that allows repetitive tasks to be auto assigned and set up, which has saved us a lot of time.

Three things that I wished worked better: 1) the chat feature, 2) trying to navigate through multiple lists & 3) finding tasks you’re connected with. I would love to be able to chat with other users and create spaces to chat about different projects. The built in chat feature doesn’t allow a lot of flexibility…it takes up a lot of space to not show many of the messages and you can’t really reply to a previous message higher up. 2) I often need to go back and forth between different lists as I remember different tasks I need to check on, get details from, create, etc. I wish there was a way to do that without completely navigating away from what you’re on and having to find it again. Maybe finding a way to open up a different list without closing the one you’re one. 3) I have spent a lot of time in Click Up and know where to look for things but a lot of our team hasn’t. They often miss tasks that they’re connected with. I wish there was a built in view where you can find all the tasks you’re working on, assigned to, a watcher on, etc. Notifications has it but it isn’t one that’s visually helpful in planning out and keeping tabs on your tasks. Dashboard allows you to create something similar but you have to be creative to design it in a way that’s helpful for each user and not everyone on the team is willing to play around with it. On a side note, it would also be helpful in dashboards if there was a way to filter comments assigned to me rather than just assigned comments

I tried tons of teamwork apps. Including MS Teams, MS ToDo, MS TFS, Asana, Monday, MeisterTask, etc. ClickUp is the best that I found.

ClickUp has been far and away the best task management app I've used. I've used it to implement a Getting Things Done (GTD) system for myself and it works flawlessly in that regard. The mobile app integrates seamlessly into the ways I use this tool: I typically add tasks the moment I think of them (so as to not forget), which is very easy to do from the mobile app. It's great to be able to see all of my tasks in different views depending on context. Overall the user experience (UX) of this app is just phenomenally designed.

It's a fantastic tool to have the hole process of the daily work of the agency in the same space. Moreover, it's really simple to share with the clients and external partners.

Features are really easy to use, the interface is very friendly,
I am able to have all my colleges in the same space and put together all of our work.

Sometimes, ClickUp has a lot of break downs and that cause troubles in our daily works.

I recommend it to everyone I know!

Flexible! It's powerful enough to do what I need but simple enough to not overwhelm me. ClickUp is intuitive, so it's easy to train my team around it.

It gets bogged down pretty quickly and the reporting tool could be less buggy.

This is my daily tool and I use it with the many clients I have. I have recommended it to others, but the mobile app is really not good.

I love the many features. The pricing also seems fair. My favorite feature is the recurring task option.

The app can be a little slow at times. It is also not the most user-friendly experience as there is a bit of a learning curve. The mobile version definitely needs a UI redo.

ClickUp is a great way to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently. It's nice to have assignments, documents, and comments all in one place for our entire team. It also helps with accountability to ensure each team member is doing their part.

Updating existing templates can be a little tricky because you pretty much have to rebuild the template to update it.

It's an excellent tool, which helps you in project management, team collaboration, project planning and task automation. Also, it has a very shallow learning curve which helps you in the fast onboarding process.

In this current work-from-home culture, ClickUp is the most productive project manager tool currently available in the market. Its interface is clean and easy to understand. The onboarding process with the team was seamless. Also, it provides real-time updates on project progress and analytics.

The only thing I didn't like on this platform is the customization options.

Just wanting small tweaks to the software every now and then

I use it as a daily tool for all my project planning, work requests, scheduling, daily and reoccurring tasks and planning calendars.

All in all I'm very happy with the software.

The software is very adaptable to a variety of uses. Has a nice clean interface and reporting structure. It has the ability to be a project managers or small business owners best friend.

Pricing structure is very fair for what you get.

It takes a little bit to get to know the program and adapted to your application. Although there are a lot of resources available for learning needs.

Great for keeping tasks organized. Great for seeing progress of your team members. Overall worth it.

Nice for tasks that involve multiple people. When one person has done their part I can see that they’re done and know I’m good to step in.

Would love to see some sort of messaging platform incorporated

Overall really strong platform that has helped our team improve project management tremendously with a lot of different capabilities to house everything all in one platform. We use for design, CRM, paid media, and overall business management.

Keeps our team organized with due dates and easy to share externally for our clients as well. Our project management has improved tremendously.

Sometimes can be laggy and take a second to update.

ClickUp has enabled me to be more productive that other members of my team, which helps me shine! I use click up every day to track every task.

I love having the ability to record all my task, prioritise them, add due data and completion dates for auditing purposes.

Having come to ClickUp from a competitor product with limited functionality, I have found ClickUp allows me to manage projects and task in a environment that is disorganised, the company I consult to does not has strong processes and tasks used to fall through the cracks until I started logging everything in ClickUp.

The 100 item limit in the demo was a pain, as it effectively froze me out of the system until I upgraded, but I'm glad I did upgrade.

This was exactly what I was looking for to manage our small team as I was bringing on new team members. It has been great for me, easy for my team to learn, and I have even developed my onboarding materials all within CU to keep it in one easy to find location.

I love how everything is very visible, it's easy to use, easy to learn and does what my small team (3 people) need to keep us on task. Part of our job is planning events and we have developed a great process for that, and can duplicate the task lists from previous years to start fresh each year.

We also work on social media, so being able to easily submit a task from our email is huge for us in saving time!

Since ClickUp has been working on improving the system there have been some glitches here and there. Nothing huge has happened but it can be frustrating. I find I receive more errors now than I did before they decided to "improve" the system.
