PositiveThere are lots of nice features, views, and ways to handle information. ClickUp is generally very flexible and lets you keep track of a lot of things in a variety of different ways. You can use multiple lists and manage items from one list in others. The flexibility of custom statuses is nice, and the ability to assign items to multiple people is very nice. I also like that you can connect GitHub/GitLab and your commit message will appear in the ticket if you add the ClickUp id to the commit!
Also, the free capabilities are very nice!NegativePages don't always refresh in real time to reflect changes made, managing multiple lists can get tricky and annoying if you forget to think of items "physically". One item lives in one list, but you can also *add* that item to other lists so it displays there, but it still lives in that original list, so if you move an item to a list instead of "adding" it, it can be easy to lose track of that item.

PositiveDashboards are a great help in tracking projects and presenting data. We really love the custom fields in the Task Views for in-depth recording and dashboard analysis. Other features are equally useful for managing team output and tasks such as Forms, Docs, and Automation. The automation helped us transact our operations faster and better (we use it for reminders, too).
NegativeSlow loading of data in dashboard widgets. Line graph in the Dashboard widgets can't be grouped per month based on completed date. Users can only analyze data in line graph by month based on created date. If you plot your tasks for the whole quarter in advance, the data will be grouped under the month you created it, not when you finished it.

ClickUp has cut overwhelm and increase

PositiveThe ability to customize the organization of our businesses with ClickUp is brilliant and the custom fields are a game changer. I've used at least five of the top business organization tools. ClickUp is the one we have stuck with. I really do enjoy getting things done. The ability to be able to create documents has made being productive faster as we don't need to keep relying on google its saved that extra step, which sounding small has made things simpler.
NegativeIf I was to try hard really to find any criticism at all. I would say that it's got a lot of features which I've felt has been a bit of a learning curve for me, however, really the ability to customize is really part of ClickUp benefits so I'm not sure that's really a downfall at all.

Amazing way to keep on top of your tasks

I love the way that there are different views depending on the type of list that you’re creating and the flexible status options available to allow you to keep track of projects in a way that makes sense to you. Our company uses it not only to help individuals stay on track, but also to manage the 10+ different campaigns we have running simultaneously. It’s also helpful that Click Up allows us to invite guests into our workspace when we’re collaborating with external groups. The dashboard feature is an amazing way to create reports and synthesize what’s happening with different tasks. I definitely recommend using Click Up to any organization or individual hoping to get their goals organized and push projects forward.
PositiveLove the way that you can design and create your space in a way that works with your brain- there are different view options, lots of reporting tools, dashboard tools, unlimited lists and sprints you can create, etc. Also love the flexibility when it comes to choosing colors, statuses, and tags. Our company was able to create an automated campaign task creation that allows repetitive tasks to be auto assigned and set up, which has saved us a lot of time.
NegativeThree things that I wished worked better: 1) the chat feature, 2) trying to navigate through multiple lists & 3) finding tasks you’re connected with. I would love to be able to chat with other users and create spaces to chat about different projects. The built in chat feature doesn’t allow a lot of flexibility…it takes up a lot of space to not show many of the messages and you can’t really reply to a previous message higher up. 2) I often need to go back and forth between different lists as I remember different tasks I need to check on, get details from, create, etc. I wish there was a way to do that without completely navigating away from what you’re on and having to find it again. Maybe finding a way to open up a different list without closing the one you’re one. 3) I have spent a lot of time in Click Up and know where to look for things but a lot of our team hasn’t. They often miss tasks that they’re connected with. I wish there was a built in view where you can find all the tasks you’re working on, assigned to, a watcher on, etc. Notifications has it but it isn’t one that’s visually helpful in planning out and keeping tabs on your tasks. Dashboard allows you to create something similar but you have to be creative to design it in a way that’s helpful for each user and not everyone on the team is willing to play around with it. On a side note, it would also be helpful in dashboards if there was a way to filter comments assigned to me rather than just assigned comments

The smoothest UX

I've used it to implement a Getting Things Done (GTD) system for myself and it works flawlessly in that regard. The mobile app integrates seamlessly into the ways I use this tool: I typically add tasks the moment I think of them (so as to not forget), which is very easy to do from the mobile app. It's great to be able to see all of my tasks in different views depending on context. Overall the user experience (UX) of this app is just phenomenally designed.

PositiveI love the many features. The pricing also seems fair. My favorite feature is the recurring task option.
NegativeThe app can be a little slow at times. It is also not the most user-friendly experience as there is a bit of a learning curve. The mobile version definitely needs a UI redo.
