ClickUp is a great platform to do project management with, task management, salesflow management, HR management, financial management, goal setting, and more. It is powerful enough to allow you to do just about anything you can imagine there. If you are giving it a try for the first time, my only encouragement is to approach it with a "Less is More" mindset and only activate what you need so as to make sure you keep your focus clear as you use it.

I really like the flexibility ClickUp offers. I can customize just about anything, from custom fields to automations, from mindmaps to white boards, which means I can do just about anything in ClickUp that I need to do for my business, for sales & marketing, for personal reminders, etc.

The down side of the customization and the sheer volume of tools available on the platform is that it is easy to get lost in all of the bling! Also, it is not the fastest platform out there by any stretch. This is probably their greatest hindrance.

This is the best tool I have used to manage my team! It is easy to assign individual and pairing tasks and it has served as an incredible repository for the artifacts we create. My whole team enjoys using it because of the friendly UI and we have just scratched the surface on its capability

Easy assignment methods, amazing email notifications, wide array of templates and views, and the details feature allows you to link your results with your task for quick recall!

I feel like I don't know how to get the most out of the software, but that doesn't mean that it's not helpful in the capacity I have chosen to use it in.

Great system but cannot justify basic plan cost to use it as my business operations centre since it is made more for teams rather than my 'autocrat' approach.

From my own experience, I love using ClickUp. I use it for my personal organization and every time I'm learning new features that makes everything much easier.

Easy to use and to adapt to your own needs. The are plenty of tools you can use to improve your day-to-day work.

All the flexibility it has a as pro sometimes makes the software less efficient and poorly robust. In this case, I'm comparing ClickUp with Jira. I know they are not the same, but Jira is more professional but less malleable and vice-versa.

ClickUp is perfect for larger teams. Each of our company's departments has their own "space" and projects with tasks, but ClickUp's ability to copy, share or move tasks to other spaces and departments help us all stay informed and aligned. Comments, Google drive integration and templates keep repetitive work and up-to-the-moment updates easy and streamlined so everyone is right on track.

The learning curve can be a little daunting for people with little to no project management software experience.

ClickUp has changed my workflow, it has streamlined my task tracking, saved me time with automations, and given be the ability to have deep insight into how my work progresses. A truly amazing productivity hack!

I’m a single business owner, and need a way to track my work. Yes, this isn’t the usual use case of ClickUp, but I have to say, it has made my life so much easier! Having the ability to track work tickets, with automations helping streamline my workflow has been so beneficial.

Slash commands in tickets make things so easy. Ads ons mean the possibilities of what you can track and automate are limitless. Reporting is also amazing.

Nothing, happily a paying customer. The product team are always releasing new useful features.

I love ClickUp for its innumerable features that can benefit any company and its industry. It is easy to navigate, set up tasks, set deadlines and collaborate with team members. ClickUp has SO many features (much more than other project management systems I've seen) that make it easy to customize your experience in a way that works for your company.

Because ClickUp has so many features, it can be a little clunky at times and even lag a little. This con definitely does not outweigh all the pros of course!

ClickUp has been effective in solving problems, especially disorganization in the management of our projects; it provides us with many valuable features to collaborate and advance quickly in the accomplishment of each task without losing sight of the needs of our clients, as they have also become involved and have been able to track the progress of their projects. ClickUp is used within our organization to manage all the projects carried out in an organized way and promote the participation of the parties involved with each project. At first, we found it a bit confusing to create projects and tasks because of the many features that can be included.

Our overall experience has been great, with being able to track and search projects. I also liked its interface. Overall, ClickUp is a great tool for any size of project management and also for team collaboration.

ClickUp helps to accomplish every project as well as tasks faster than before. I love the fact every team has a separate board for their tasks. On the positive side, it's a very easy and high performing project management platform. Tracking tasks is also easy.

To do tasks and alert does not apply to this platform.

The ClickUp team has built a top notch product that has many features which are time saving and keep us on task/track. The scheduling is particularly helpful with email reminders. My wife loves to delegate tasks to me (and you can add your image/avatar to the system). We've been using the product for over the past year. The biggest issue is actually staying focused on the to-do items. To actually go into the system and see what you need to do. Adding notes about the status of tasks has been extremely helpful particularly when there is a resolution that is not readily apparent.

Ability to set up groups/domains. Ability to assign and schedule task due dates. Ability to add attachments and comments.

The GUI is a bit busy, there is a lot going on. The software is a bit overwhelming at first with the sheer volume of options (not bloat).

Overall it's a great platform to use but I didn't feel like i had the time to be able to commit to tailor it further.

Great tool that has a lot of options to be able to set up to fit how you'd like. Lots of colleagues like it but I prefer otherwise.

Just seemed a bit difficult for me on how to set up and customize in comparison to other platforms.

We loved using ClickUp. Its user interface and dashboard design is the best manager platform we ever used. It collaborates our take and provides an automated way to work.

#3- it gives reminders, prioritized task dashboard and deadline alert.

#1- Nothing too much to dislike about ClickUp, but the mobile app doesn't give a seamless experience.

I wanted to like this, but I honestly just hated it. It's cumbersome doing anything in this, when other similar apps out there are very straight-forward and it tries to hold the users hands to such a degree that it feels annoying doing anything. I gave this a try to see if it might be a better option for my needs, but I certainly won't be switching to this over what I'm already using.

It has a nice looking interface, I'll give it that. You can view tasks by calendar, list, or board. There's an option to set goals, which is nice. As with any software like this, you can assign tasks to specific people and set deadlines for them. There's also an option to keep certain things private and you do get to pick a color theme.

Please, stop holding the user's hand! Setting up anything in the app takes forever. I don't need everything to be a tutorial. It's a task managing app. I know how to use it! I don't mind some tutorial aspects when using an app, but this one really overdoes it. Likewise, setting up anything in general is very time consuming because each part of the process is a separate aspect instead of all on the screen at once. It's feels more like I'm taking a survey than setting up anything. I also cannot get the templates to work at all.

This is an extremely powerful program, that I hope to grow into in the future. It may replace several other apps I'm currently using (like OneNote) in the near future. If I can get past the lag issue, this will likely become the heart of my workflow (rather than my email inbox). I'm currently on the free version of the product and still getting a ton out of it.

This is such a robust program, there is a bit of a lag between clicks which slows me down - I probably need a stronger computer and better internet connection to navigate through this seamlessly...
It's not as easy to move tasks around as compared to Dynalist

Overall, ClickUp is a very simple unified communication and project management tool. The ability it provides is great. Ideal for small businesses.

ClickUp made communication unified and managing the project a lot easier. It helps everyone in my business to stay on the same page, also for different activities. The interface is streamlined and easy to manage different projects.

By far ClickUp is a versatile tool that allows extensive project management to work ease from remote. Its user interface is super easy to navigate. Overall, ClickUp is a great tool. Go for it.

ClickUp is by far the most versatile project management platform I came across. My favorite thing about this tool is, its filtered search to get the right result from search without navigating or manually searching. Construction of the projects is easy to execute remotely.

Rarely ever found any difficulty on this platform.
