PositiveI love how everything is very visible, it's easy to use, easy to learn and does what my small team (3 people) need to keep us on task. Part of our job is planning events and we have developed a great process for that, and can duplicate the task lists from previous years to start fresh each year.
We also work on social media, so being able to easily submit a task from our email is huge for us in saving time!NegativeSince ClickUp has been working on improving the system there have been some glitches here and there. Nothing huge has happened but it can be frustrating. I find I receive more errors now than I did before they decided to "improve" the system.

Easy to use if you have already knowledge of project management, but might take a bit more if you are not familiar.
Good variety of templates, assigning tasks and other "typical" tasks.
I have the feeling I'm just using 5% of the total potential of the product, probably some tips or or a virtual assistant would be nice.
I'm using this software to support some minor projects so can't say much on the use into a team.

This is the management app I've wanted for years
Date: Oct 05 2022SummaryI've tested over a dozen team management, project management and product management tools, and ClickUp is clearly superior. It's rare to find something this thorough.
PositiveThe ClickUp team has thought through every angle of their product. The solution is structured, but flexible. You can modify windows, create templates and configure ClickUp to be exactly what you need it to be. Or, you could just use their Templates and base features and be completely supported. I work in Product Management, so I'm very critical of applications, but these guys have built something I can't live without. I tell each of my colleagues about it.
NegativeBeing 100% honest here... I can't think of any cons. I have little nit-picky things (like I wish you could organize the Documents section, better) but frankly these aren't valuable "Cons".

Extremely Thorough and Convenient
Date: Sep 29 2022SummaryI definitely would recommend this for a team to manage workflow effectively. Once filter/ templates get the kinks worked out and bugs worked out I think ClickUp would operate nicely.
PositiveMany features to help delegate work and metrics are crystal clear for production. Reporting is a plus.
NegativeTemplates and task lists seem to break quite often. It's hard to get your daily view set and see what you have for the week. Filters need a very big revamp.

NegativeFirst mobile version was terrible, now it is OK But in my opinion ClickUp is better on desktop.

PositiveOther than Jira for example we can store also docs in one place which is really cool. The design is also great and easy to use.
NegativeThe product has a lot of options for customizing the flow and board but it might be a bit too complicated to set up a nice workflow in one click.

Date: Sep 21 2022SummaryLovely product to use. We used to use Excel to track our tasks which became a pain once we started growing. ClickUp allows us to track (and assign them) as well as have a common area where we can discuss the project, attached files, etc.
PositiveThe two most things I like about ClickUp is the ability to efficiently track tasks in a project and the ability for two different companies to share the same lists.
NegativeVery good all-in-all, but sometimes the UI glitches.

Date: Sep 20 2022SummaryOverall, I would definitely recommend ClickUp for any small enterprise as it can cover all needs and doesn't have a high price tag.
PositiveThere is a lot of functionality and for a small business like ours, we can practically do everything except spreadsheets in ClickUp. We do project management, performance management, hiring, production management, design, management, and other stuff all within ClickUp. The value-to-price ratio is high, which is also pretty nice.
NegativeThe only drawback for us is that the service can be a bit inconsistent. It doesn't happen that often, but slowdowns happen now and again and that does reduce our productivity a bit.
