One size truly fits all, whether you need something simple and light, up to a more complex and structured PM software.

Easy to use if you have already knowledge of project management, but might take a bit more if you are not familiar.
Good variety of templates, assigning tasks and other "typical" tasks.

I have the feeling I'm just using 5% of the total potential of the product, probably some tips or or a virtual assistant would be nice.

I'm using this software to support some minor projects so can't say much on the use into a team.
Can't comment either on embedded functionality or extensions

Product - good features overall, easy to understand, and manage. Variety of templates and:

UX - simple to navigate

Mobile version - definitely handy for a lighter use
App for Windows - works perfectly
Browser version - nothing to report works properly

Features
Tags - love them, easy to use and manage
White board - helps a lot

Improvements rather than cons:
- Raid log template would be a nice to have (if it's there I'll check it again)
- Gantt view grouped by week (e.g. 4/5 cells in a month)
- possibility to export into Excel (we all are using ClickUp to avoid Excel but sometimes we need to go back to it)
- guided process to help someone not expert start building and using it; with particular regards to the fact that most users have the excel structure implemented in the head, they're starting with it.
- print function in the Gantt view could be more than just a print screen (header, footer, zoom in or out) or differently could be specified.
- time reporting: would be nice to know per project the time spent from a PM perspective ( this helps for timesheet or invoicing). Different from having a time column for a task
- Wording/naming convention: is not clear sometimes the difference between space, project folder and list - see guided process to start a project

Before using ClickUp, it was very difficult to organize my work and race against the clock. With ClickUp I got rid of messy pieces of paper and not very functional management programs.
I now have the

User-friendly with a clear interface.
Does not tire people with unnecessary notifications.
A multifunctional program for complex tasks. Managing all business from one place.

There is no reason not to like it. It's the best management program I've ever used.

It makes my day so much easier, and we run so many projects - it's important to stay on top of it all. ClickUp makes communication effective and efficient and streamlines projects with its intuitive features.

It's a very user-friendly system with a knowledge base that sets up its users for success with informative, very well-made videos.

I have to admit, there aren't too many cons. Many things I run into are usually user errors or my computer vs ClickUp. However, occasionally files struggle to upload, and the mobile version is steadily improving in functionality (6 months ago, I would have had a different opinion of it). Love ClickUp!

You will not be disappointed with buying this product and it’s great for and company that needs to keep track of what work is being done.

There are so many pro’s with using ClickUp that it would take forever to write down. All I know if you purchase this product you will not be disappointed. So many great features and very easy to use.

I have been using this for over two years now and have not found one con about this product.

Its perfect for our department, and the rest of the company is showing interest in its features, including the forms submissions!

The ClickUp product is very convenient and well structured. I use this product on a day to day basis and it's great to use.

The ClickUp product sometimes in my day to day use, I experience bugs/delays.

I've tested over a dozen team management, project management and product management tools, and ClickUp is clearly superior. It's rare to find something this thorough.

The ClickUp team has thought through every angle of their product. The solution is structured, but flexible. You can modify windows, create templates and configure ClickUp to be exactly what you need it to be. Or, you could just use their Templates and base features and be completely supported. I work in Product Management, so I'm very critical of applications, but these guys have built something I can't live without. I tell each of my colleagues about it.

Being 100% honest here... I can't think of any cons. I have little nit-picky things (like I wish you could organize the Documents section, better) but frankly these aren't valuable "Cons".

I definitely would recommend this for a team to manage workflow effectively. Once filter/ templates get the kinks worked out and bugs worked out I think ClickUp would operate nicely.

Many features to help delegate work and metrics are crystal clear for production. Reporting is a plus.

Templates and task lists seem to break quite often. It's hard to get your daily view set and see what you have for the week. Filters need a very big revamp.

It is my third managing time app and I'm sure that is the best. I recommend it everybody who is looking for such tool.

I like flexibility of ClickUp. Firstly I used it do manage my private tasks. It was easy and kind. Now I use it to manage my official tasks. This is powerful software which helps in everyday work.

First mobile version was terrible, now it is OK But in my opinion ClickUp is better on desktop.

Easy and nice to use if you already have setup the correct flow. Much better than Jira, whole team loves it!

Other than Jira for example we can store also docs in one place which is really cool. The design is also great and easy to use.

The product has a lot of options for customizing the flow and board but it might be a bit too complicated to set up a nice workflow in one click.
Sometimes the app gets stuck.

This product has increased my work flow in many ways.
There has always been a slow down due to multiple projects that were un- organized.

Easy to use, plenty of areas for fast accurate reviews of ongoing projects.
I would recommend to all friends in business.

Would like to see more snap shot spreadsheets to bring into meetings.

ClickUp is great for people and team who have processes that require step-by-step completion by differing team members.

Easier to use than Asana! I have so much to get done in the day and I can organize all my tasks and share with my team.

I wish there were more options to have group connectability.

Lovely product to use. We used to use Excel to track our tasks which became a pain once we started growing. ClickUp allows us to track (and assign them) as well as have a common area where we can discuss the project, attached files, etc.

The two most things I like about ClickUp is the ability to efficiently track tasks in a project and the ability for two different companies to share the same lists.

Very good all-in-all, but sometimes the UI glitches.

I truly recommend using ClickUp. It's an all-in-one. I've found no better software on the internet.

A complete software, with more than all one needs to be productive. I've found ClickUp graphically attractive.

ClickUp can be a little complex to use at the first sight.

Easy & nice to use. I use this application partly, only some of my tasks, It is one of few tools used in my organisation.

Importing and allocating tasks, many useful views, the ability to organize tasks in multiple aggregations.

I haven't noticed, actually i don't use many features.

Overall, I would definitely recommend ClickUp for any small enterprise as it can cover all needs and doesn't have a high price tag.

There is a lot of functionality and for a small business like ours, we can practically do everything except spreadsheets in ClickUp. We do project management, performance management, hiring, production management, design, management, and other stuff all within ClickUp. The value-to-price ratio is high, which is also pretty nice.

The only drawback for us is that the service can be a bit inconsistent. It doesn't happen that often, but slowdowns happen now and again and that does reduce our productivity a bit.

I have been a steady user/evangelist of many project management tools over the years, including Trello, Monday, Asana, Salesforce, Jira, Evernote, and Smartsheet, to name a few. ClickUp is a one-stop, comprehensive, and customizable solution that covers what any users of the programs above would ever need. I use ClickUp on a daily basis, for work, and for personal things. The best part is that each of these spaces runs independently, and is set up differently, but are all brought together through the home screen so I don't miss a beat whether it is something from work or something from my personal life. I used to keep notes and files for projects scattered throughout various sticky notes, folder structures, notebooks, and Evernotes. Now it's ALL in ClickUp. Everything is there. No matter what device you're using, it's all there. I have converted several teams over to using ClickUp and have never heard a complaint from any of those team members because it literally saves their time and bacon on a daily basis! Once you've ClickedUp you'll never click back!

ClickUp has views and capabilities that compare to and surpass all other project management tools out there. You want to view your data like Trello? Click the Kanban view and instantly your data is sorted and organized like a Trello Board. Are you more into Spreadsheets for some things? Click the Grid view, and you've got more cells at your fingertips than Bill has Gates. I have not found a work flow that doesn't work in ClickUp. The monthly cost for paid versions is pennies well invested, returning sevenfold in productivity and collaboration.

ClickUp is constantly solving all of my problems, sometimes before I can even think of what my problems are... It's so annoying. :)

We've had a great experience with ClickUp and use it for our media projects to stay caught up as a team.

Even the free version has the features our team needs to stay on top of tasks, with the automation and customizations you can make it really is pretty much all our team needs.

There isn't much and even what we have had problems with are getting better but remapping dates with tasks could be better.

I've tried pretty much every project and tasks management tool and eventually decided to move everything to ClickUp. I'm using the tools for the past 3-4 years and love how they keep improving the tool capabilities.

It is a platform with millions of essential options for our work team and to achieve good work coordination, with this we have achieved good work planning through the calendar and a panel of activities that has allowed us to maintain communication, good exchange of tasks and excellent work time management that adequately coordinate what we must do has become simple and practical to carry out. It allows us to keep track of milestones and activities, putting a magnifying glass over the entire activity route, correcting errors, and perfecting the work so that the final task is always impeccable. It has given us the possibility of coordinating the work, distributing the workload, and synchronizing the completion of projects with the entire work team. ClickUp is undoubtedly the push we needed to form a much more solid and fluid work, maintain labor management Actively and correctly supervised and the planning of projects and work administration among the entire team, well distributed and in working harmony. In the same way, it has a prevention and prioritization system that has been a plus for our work and to always maintain active supervision of everything we are doing, as well as the creation of detailed reports that give us a complete evaluation of current work projects.

Within the various aspects that ClickUp must evaluate, only a couple have been inconvenient for our daily work. The interface is neither comfortable nor intuitive, that is why it took us a while to adapt to the platform and its work methodology, with this we had to adapt to a platform that offered us all the tools we needed, but that did not have a very customizable interface or with the right place to have the tools we needed at hand; however, this was not an impediment to start working. In the same way, the learning curve is quite high, we had to invest time, money, and dedication to be able to adapt our work to a new system and that everything would fit correctly so that it would not be an impediment in the workflow. We got what we needed from the platform, but it did require effort to be able to adapt and customize the platform to what we needed.
