    One size truly fits all, whether you need something simple and light, up to a more complex and structured PM software.

    Easy to use if you have already knowledge of project management, but might take a bit more if you are not familiar.
    Good variety of templates, assigning tasks and other "typical" tasks.

    I have the feeling I'm just using 5% of the total potential of the product, probably some tips or or a virtual assistant would be nice.

    I'm using this software to support some minor projects so can't say much on the use into a team.
    Can't comment either on embedded functionality or extensions

    Positive

    Product - good features overall, easy to understand, and manage. Variety of templates and:

    UX - simple to navigate

    Mobile version - definitely handy for a lighter use
    App for Windows - works perfectly
    Browser version - nothing to report works properly

    Tags - love them, easy to use and manage
    White board - helps a lot

    Negative

    Improvements rather than cons:
    - Raid log template would be a nice to have (if it's there I'll check it again)
    - Gantt view grouped by week (e.g. 4/5 cells in a month)
    - possibility to export into Excel (we all are using ClickUp to avoid Excel but sometimes we need to go back to it)
    - guided process to help someone not expert start building and using it; with particular regards to the fact that most users have the excel structure implemented in the head, they're starting with it.
    - print function in the Gantt view could be more than just a print screen (header, footer, zoom in or out) or differently could be specified.
    - time reporting: would be nice to know per project the time spent from a PM perspective ( this helps for timesheet or invoicing). Different from having a time column for a task
    - Wording/naming convention: is not clear sometimes the difference between space, project folder and list - see guided process to start a project

    I've tested over a dozen team management, project management and product management tools, and ClickUp is clearly superior. It's rare to find something this thorough.

    Positive

    The ClickUp team has thought through every angle of their product. The solution is structured, but flexible. You can modify windows, create templates and configure ClickUp to be exactly what you need it to be. Or, you could just use their Templates and base features and be completely supported. I work in Product Management, so I'm very critical of applications, but these guys have built something I can't live without. I tell each of my colleagues about it.

    Being 100% honest here... I can't think of any cons. I have little nit-picky things (like I wish you could organize the Documents section, better) but frankly these aren't valuable "Cons".

    I definitely would recommend this for a team to manage workflow effectively. Once filter/ templates get the kinks worked out and bugs worked out I think ClickUp would operate nicely.

    Overall, I would definitely recommend ClickUp for any small enterprise as it can cover all needs and doesn't have a high price tag.

    There is a lot of functionality and for a small business like ours, we can practically do everything except spreadsheets in ClickUp. We do project management, performance management, hiring, production management, design, management, and other stuff all within ClickUp. The value-to-price ratio is high, which is also pretty nice.

    The only drawback for us is that the service can be a bit inconsistent. It doesn't happen that often, but slowdowns happen now and again and that does reduce our productivity a bit.

    I have been a steady user/evangelist of many project management tools over the years, including Trello, Monday, Asana, Salesforce, Jira, Evernote, and Smartsheet, to name a few. ClickUp is a one-stop, comprehensive, and customizable solution that covers what any users of the programs above would ever need. I use ClickUp on a daily basis, for work, and for personal things. The best part is that each of these spaces runs independently, and is set up differently, but are all brought together through the home screen so I don't miss a beat whether it is something from work or something from my personal life. I used to keep notes and files for projects scattered throughout various sticky notes, folder structures, notebooks, and Evernotes. Now it's ALL in ClickUp. Everything is there. No matter what device you're using, it's all there. I have converted several teams over to using ClickUp and have never heard a complaint from any of those team members because it literally saves their time and bacon on a daily basis! Once you've ClickedUp you'll never click back!

    ClickUp has views and capabilities that compare to and surpass all other project management tools out there. You want to view your data like Trello? Click the Kanban view and instantly your data is sorted and organized like a Trello Board. Are you more into Spreadsheets for some things? Click the Grid view, and you've got more cells at your fingertips than Bill has Gates. I have not found a work flow that doesn't work in ClickUp. The monthly cost for paid versions is pennies well invested, returning sevenfold in productivity and collaboration.

    Within the various aspects that ClickUp must evaluate, only a couple have been inconvenient for our daily work. The interface is neither comfortable nor intuitive, that is why it took us a while to adapt to the platform and its work methodology, with this we had to adapt to a platform that offered us all the tools we needed, but that did not have a very customizable interface or with the right place to have the tools we needed at hand; however, this was not an impediment to start working. In the same way, the learning curve is quite high, we had to invest time, money, and dedication to be able to adapt our work to a new system and that everything would fit correctly so that it would not be an impediment in the workflow.
