The first and foremost is that the structure and hierarchy of spaces to folders, folders to lists, lists to tasks, and even tasks to subtasks and checklist makes it a very flexible project management and task software. I don't always know the exact way I want to set and organize tasks, so the number of levels makes it easy to not get bogged down setting up tasks from the start and the flexibility in moving subtasks to tasks is great when I decide to change things up. The dependencies, extensive reminder options, and variety of views are great, and to be honest the UI is just downright aesthetic. The list of features that are usable go on, but to be honest the fact that it runs on a freemium plan makes it invaluable for students and those who might not have it in their budget to pay subscriptions for an individual account.
NegativeI don't think it's possible to map out dependencies in the mind map and the relations between each task can be pretty hard to keep track of for bigger projects, so some sort of visual for project dependencies (if it doesn't already exist) would be great.

The way we have it set up is exactly what we need, and it's allowed us to work on a vast number of projects with a relatively small team. However, there are occasional faults where it just doesn't work at all, happening a few times a month normally. With such heavy reliance on ClickUp, this is hugely inconvenient.
PositiveIt is customisable in the extreme, with enough pre-existing structure to not be too complex. We rely heavily on ClickUp for our daily project management, flicking between multiple projects constantly. The record keeping and subtask setting allows us to make not of things without needing to just individual remember stuff, which is nigh on impossible with the volume we deal with.
NegativeIt does periodically go down for no apparent reason. This is very inconvenient as we rely so heavily on it. There are also some minor bugs (some automation rules causing syntax errors when leaving comments due to tasks moving, attachments not always working, subtasks not always being displayed after being created) that sporadically pop up. The reporting and graphs also rarely seem to work as intended, meaning while it is good for project management, it's not particularly useful for team management.
