I have no negatives to report. For me this software is perfect.

After having tried so many other similar platforms I can’t recommend ClickUp enough! It’s feature rich, very customizable, and a great overall user experience.

Unbelievably flexible and feature rich. Even the free version as an amazing number of features. They seem to have thought of everything!

The shear number of features can seem over whelming but with some thoughtful planning you can get things set up for whatever your particular needs are.

I'm not sure how we managed our wedding planning business before ClickUp with just spreadsheets and email. ClickUp has transformed our productivity, allowing us to not only take on more clients but hire more staff with ease.

ClickUp has saved our company time and resources, proving a valuable resource in organizational structure, time management and task assignment.

The functionality of task creation and assignment capabilities. It really helps organization within our company. Setting deadlines, ability to message co-workers, list "powers", ongoing task creations and the different settings available, spaces, etc.

I've been using this for nearly 5 months with my company now, and haven't really found anything to dislike.

Very good and useful tool but some support in using it might also come in handy to make sure you use it in the most efficient way.

When looking at some basic tutorials it's easy to use

- you can easily get lost in the different levels if you don't think very well about a structure before getting started
- if you use it very actively (but maybe not the most efficiently) you can sometimes lose track of all your to-do's if you don't think about a good way for yourself (which can be different for every person)
- we have a paying option but are still limited for some basic options in my opinion (e.g. more than one automation, timeline view)

ClickUp is a very practical project manager. It centralizes project communication and management. It enables bird's eye visibility that helps in improving planning and decision-making to execute tasks before the deadline. Overall, it's an ideal solution for project management.

ClickUp is an extremely scalable solution for team collaboration and project management. The user interface is intuitive, so it can be easily adapted by new users. Seamlessly tracks the time of each task. Helps in transparency between coworkers.

Overall, we are very satisfied with using ClickUp as it translates all our projects and tasks to the dashboard. At the end of the day, visualizing and translating the data is very important in an organization.

1.- Currently, this platform has several work plans, there are several payment plans but there is also a free plan within this platform, it is important to highlight that I liked the free plan a lot, since when I started using it I I realized that it offered very good functionalities, in addition, it allowed me to manage a large number of projects and tasks without any limits, the free version is very complete and I highly recommend it. We currently use a paid version within the company to have access to many more features of the platform, such as budget management and many other functions, however, it is important to highlight and make it clear that the free version is very beneficial. and it brings a lot of useful functions for new users.

2.- Another of the things that I like within this platform is the main panel and the way in which it shows me the flow of activity that exists within my work team, just by accessing the tab of a work team. specific work, you will be able to see in the main panel the progress they are having as a percentage in each of the planned activities, for example, if you have planned 10 activities for a specific team and they have already completed a part of them, that percentage of activities completed will be reflected in the main panel of the platform. This main panel helps a lot to understand the progress they are having in the preparation of the activities, in addition, within this panel you can see each of the participants for each scheduled activity.

3.- I also love the CRM function that is implemented within this platform. This function helps me a lot, since it allows me to register each of the contacts or potential clients and also allows me to register the amount of negotiation that the company is having with that client. In addition, I am in the CRM, it allows me to modify the priority of each one of the negotiations or invoices to be paid, I can also know the status of each one of the invoices and the amount that has to be avoided to the client, that they know the CRM is very complete, and allows me to have a correct administration of the pending accounts payable by each one of the clients.

4.- The fourth thing that I loved about this platform is the communication service that is implemented within it, this service allows you to transfer all kinds of documents and important information in relation to the project that is being developed, in addition, this section allows you to send and receive messages immediately, for which the employees and participants of a specific activity to develop this activity while communicating within the platform, share ideas and new solutions to complete all scheduled activities in less time. The communication system maintains the interaction between all our employees, which is why it is a very important and very essential function within this platform.

5.- The fifth thing that I love about this platform is the real-time monitoring, every time you have assigned an activity to a specific person or a group of employees, you will be able to monitor very closely the base that you are having in the development of this activity. You will be able to know what changes have been made in that activity during the last minutes, hours, in addition, you will be able to know what documents or what information is being used to manage that project. You will be able to visualize the control of expenses and budget of each project, everything will be visualized in real time, life in real time helps me to stay informed about the latest changes that have taken place within a specific project.

ClickUp has become a very essential platform for the operation and development of new projects in our company, however, despite the fact that the vast majority of functions provided by this platform are positive, we have also seen several negative things about it. Next, I will mention the negative things that this platform has.

1.- The main negative thing about this platform is customer service, on several occasions I have had various doubts about some specific problems or complicated configurations within the project area, however, the support team has taken more than 48 hours in correctly attending the tickets sent. I consider that the support team should be much more optimal, currently it is not optimal because the response period of each of the cases that we have sent, take up to more than 48 hours to be attended. This platform has a lot of potential, the vast majority of functions help you to develop a successful project, in addition, they allow you to strengthen collaboration between work teams, providing a panela they cannot interact with me and solve an activity in a few minutes, however, it is It is very necessary that they improve the support team so that we have a team that is capable of helping new users and solving any type of doubt.

2.- The second negative thing that this platform has is how complex it is to tie yourself to each of the personalities. As I mentioned before, this platform has a lot of features that help you manage and plan all kinds of activities, however, the process of adapting to these features can be a bit complex for new users, the platform in general is a bit difficult. to handle, you have to be very careful when using any specific point, since being cautious within this platform will help you develop optimal projects. I think the overall platform should have a much more user-friendly interface, also the features should be a bit easier to use as they are currently quite professional features and not easy for new users to use.

Great experience with ClickUp, continue to build up my maintenance list and schedule and it makes my life much more simpler. What's even better with ClickUp is it's FREE. Yay!

Even with the free version of ClickUp, you can store virtually endless of things on it. I keep all of my instruments' user manual and tech manual and it's just a click away to grab all the information that I need. Spaces and folders are also amazing, so organized.

If you have "thousands" of lists likeI do, it takes a long while to load.

Keeps my teams projects very organized. There is never a question what point a project is on with click up. The customizable options, and the way that things are streamlined and very user friendly. I also really enjoy the way I can communicate with other team members through click up.

Really the most configurable on your needs compared with others like Asana, Trello, Monday, etc etc.

It’s real-time updates is ideal for businesses/organizations of any size. It also helps increase productivity. The time tracking features and estimations help me take note of deadlines and estimate when I can finish tasks.

The user interface is overall confusing and overwhelming for first timers.

Overall, I don't think I would choose any other project management software for my day-to-day tasks and big project planning; 10+/10 stars

ClickUp has a very thorough set of features and functionality that make the product easy to use and help make my work more productive on a daily. The first and foremost is that the structure and hierarchy of spaces to folders, folders to lists, lists to tasks, and even tasks to subtasks and checklist makes it a very flexible project management and task software. I don't always know the exact way I want to set and organize tasks, so the number of levels makes it easy to not get bogged down setting up tasks from the start and the flexibility in moving subtasks to tasks is great when I decide to change things up. The dependencies, extensive reminder options, and variety of views are great, and to be honest the UI is just downright aesthetic. The list of features that are usable go on, but to be honest the fact that it runs on a freemium plan makes it invaluable for students and those who might not have it in their budget to pay subscriptions for an individual account.

I don't think it's possible to map out dependencies in the mind map and the relations between each task can be pretty hard to keep track of for bigger projects, so some sort of visual for project dependencies (if it doesn't already exist) would be great.

Our business would not be the same without ClickUp. It enables us to work more efficiently and with greater agility than anyone else in our industry. The way we have it set up is exactly what we need, and it's allowed us to work on a vast number of projects with a relatively small team. However, there are occasional faults where it just doesn't work at all, happening a few times a month normally. With such heavy reliance on ClickUp, this is hugely inconvenient.

It is customisable in the extreme, with enough pre-existing structure to not be too complex. We rely heavily on ClickUp for our daily project management, flicking between multiple projects constantly. The record keeping and subtask setting allows us to make not of things without needing to just individual remember stuff, which is nigh on impossible with the volume we deal with.

It does periodically go down for no apparent reason. This is very inconvenient as we rely so heavily on it. There are also some minor bugs (some automation rules causing syntax errors when leaving comments due to tasks moving, attachments not always working, subtasks not always being displayed after being created) that sporadically pop up. The reporting and graphs also rarely seem to work as intended, meaning while it is good for project management, it's not particularly useful for team management.

ClickUp is wonderful, intuitive, and have so many capabilities. There are also so many new updates and revisions to make it better and better.

So attentive and supportive, even though we are a pretty small organization. The team listened to my questions and gave suggestions and support

For complex work flows and task management for a solo-practice or for a firm, ClickUp offers an affordable, robust and user friendly option. Plan to take time to get familiar with ClickUp's features (like any app) and you'll have a lot of power at your disposal.

Very dynamic and customizable for robust task management across many different applications. You can basically mold it into whatever you need it to do for you in this respect. The ClickUp extension and integration with chrome for gmail is awesome.

The notebooks (docs) feature isn't quite as dynamic as say Notion, but it's definitely still a value add. It's not as intuitive to know where the docs get stored and how to access them. Sometimes ClickUp gets buggy.

Our entire office has been extremely pleased with ClickUp. It has quickly become the most important tool we use to complete our projects.

ClickUp keeps all our team members on the same page and working together to complete tasks. We link emails, files from DropBox, and Google Drive links to our ClickUp tasks, making them easy to find and all in one place for all team members. Using ClickUp has saved us hundreds of hours searching for various pieces of projects or trying to remember what the most recent status is.

At times, the site is a bit slow, but I assume it's just because so many others are using it.

Overall, I think ClickUp is the best project management tool out there! I've tried so many other solutions, but me and my team all love how easy ClickUp is to use and collaborate on.

It's literally the combination of all the project management tools out there all rolled into one powerful software. I absolutely love how granular we can get with all details of a task, and just how many ways we can collaborate with team members!

Because it's such a robust platform, it can also get overwhelming really fast. They also are constantly updating and upgrading the software, which is good and bad. I never feel like I fully get to utilize the full power of the software.
