    I love all the features, even for free accounts, and I absolutely see the value in the paid version. As a business owner, I use ClickUp to manage my team in my agency's tasks to keep everyone on schedule and all client work completed in a timely manner. I love the automation and the ability to duplicate spaces because once I set up a perfect space, I never have to do it again. I can just duplicate the original space and switch around names and users. It really makes everything so simple because each minute is precious when you're trying to grow and manage your business. I also have a few clients that use ClickUp and to see the way they set up their spaces is very intriguing. There is no "one-size-fits-all" set up in ClickUp. The customizability of every space is amazing. It means no matter how you think, you can have a space that fits your needs and personality.

    Sometimes the system can be a bit slow and lags. For example, sometimes when I close a task, it can take a few minutes before the task disappears from the space. Or when I have a task that is set up to recur upon completion, it can take a few minutes before the new task appears.     A great time-tracking asset

    I've been using ClickUp for less than a year, but it has changed the way I think about my work. The onboarding in my new job included acquainting myself with ClickUp. In the first 90 days of my job, the organization within ClickUp helped me understand the infrastructure of my new work place, my workflow, and my time efficiency. My work efficiency and clarity continues to grow as I continue to use ClickUp.

    ClickUp is a highly adaptable efficiency tool. Our company has three teams with three very different workflows. ClickUp is adaptable for each team to maximize efficiency in workflow. My favorite use of ClickUp is the time tracking. I find that I'm more efficient with my time and I'm able to calibrate my projects based on the time I've tracked.

    Negative

    When ClickUp goes down, it brings all of our work to a screeching halt. There is also a lot of data in our ClickUp system, which means certain functions are slow to load.

    ClickUp is an excellent tool for day to day task management and project management. It has allowed our company to collaborate better and have much improved team organisation and visibility.

    Occasionally glitchy but less so over time.

    Customer Service is superb. I had several issues in the past and they're always helpful. I had an existing issue resetting or removing the ratings of our Knowledgebase articles and the representative said that he already escalated the issue to their Development Team. I'm still waiting for their response. The other issue I had has been resolved already. Regarding having bad links to our Knowledgebase articles. It appears that the title/link is hard-coded.

    Best in Class Project Management Platform

    After comparing with similar platform types, we decided on ClickUp and we still have no regrets! ClickUp has the most sophisticated and yet easy to use set of functions and views that help with team coordination and task organization that we were able to find in the market at the time that we were assessing project management tools & software.

    We have been using it for half a year and are still going strong!! In fact, we love ClickUp so much we've shared it with other startups and founders at Y Combinator. When we scale up, we are sure to scale together with ClickUp because they helped us out at this early stage of starting out.

    2. Easy to use and set up
    3. Multiple views to help organize information & tasks with teams (Gantt, Kanban, Mind Map, Table, Timeline, etc.)
    4. Time tracking (competitors often don't offer this)
    5. Document creation w/in work space/folder for easy coordination with team (no need to refer to cloud drives or emails)
    6. Multiple project status labels to express stage of progress (Open, IP, Closed, Completed, etc)
    7. Due Date, Assignment, & Priority Status Settings (competitors often don't offer all)
    8. Subtask creation - can create subtasks under main tasks to further divide the work and keep overview of project scope clear & uncluttered
    9. Workload view - can see how much work is being assigned to each person on the team
    10. Mobile app offering - can use their app to do almost everything you can on a desktop, really impressive how well done and well synced the mobile version is

    If you like being a master of organization, ClickUp is your new friend. This platform is designed to maximize your productivity while trimming down time. When used correctly, ClickUp can and is the most beneficial tool to help you stay on track. It's colorful. It's easy to use. I can't forget to mention how awesome their customer service people (yes, you, Shaq!) are.

    This year we lost a few folders and templates during a time a lot of users were complaining of tasks and files disappearing. The support staff was helpful.

    Overall a great tool with infinite types of use and is incredibly easy to use. It helps us manage and organize everything.

    It has all the features I can need, it's really organized and helps me manage every single one of my projects, no matter how different they are from each other. I have from boards to calendars and can even see the workload of my team with a simple click. I just love it!

    Some of my teammates speak only Spanish and we don't have tutorials or introduction videos to show them so they can familiarize themselves with the tool.

    It's really a no-brainer!

    Each time I discuss work-related topics with colleagues or friends/family, who are on the market for software to enhance or improve their workflow, I always point them to ClickUp. It's one of my favorite 'free' subscriptions that I use frequently to keep myself on task. I can customize my workspace and ensure no details are missed--or enhance my workspace/workflow with other tools like a whiteboard or post-its virtually. It's great!

    ClickUp had all the bells & whistles that most paid software platforms restricted until you purchased a subscription, for free. The ease of use, their step-by-step tutorials, and the option to enhance your experience (by choosing a paid version, if you really wanted to) was nice from a customer-perspective. I didn't feel rushed into accessing every feature they offered (and there are many!) because a "trial" was about to expire. All of the basic tools you'd need (and normally access throughout different software types) can be found in a single page!

    Negative

    I wish the "learning" curve was a little bit better, or more obvious. Perhaps a streamlined knowledge base that covered the most basic navigation or "how to" in the system? There really aren't too many cons, to be honest!
