I have been using ClickUp for over a year now and it has been a great addition to my tool box. Once you get everything going it will become something that you use every day.

This product has changed how I manage my day for the better. It keeps everything organized and allows me to track my progress. The best thing is that there are so many ways to customize this tool so it operates exactly how you need it to.

I don't have any complaints about this product. It is very easy to use.

The use of the platform has been great but the customer service element from our account manager has been seriously lacking.

The platform is really user-friendly and the support function is usually really responsive and helpful. Like how things are always being improved.

Our account manager has frequently changed and finding out who we need to go to for a billing query has been quite difficult.

It's hard to condense into one paragraph all the goodness of ClickUp. But if pushed, I'd say that my favorite is the top-level list view in the system.

It includes some features that are hard to find in other task management systems, most importantly for me: start dates, tags, subtasks, and actionable comments that are encapsulated within tasks (without cluttering the system).

There are still some crucial features missing (reminders, some android widgets, and the web app is a little slow), but the rate of progress of this app is astounding. And even as it is today, it's still one of the best task management apps.

I've used plenty of other task management systems and ClickUp takes the cake with its features, price, and service.

I love all the features, even for free accounts, and I absolutely see the value in the paid version. As a business owner, I use ClickUp to manage my team in my agency's tasks to keep everyone on schedule and all client work completed in a timely manner. I love the automation and the ability to duplicate spaces because once I set up a perfect space, I never have to do it again. I can just duplicate the original space and switch around names and users. It really makes everything so simple because each minute is precious when you're trying to grow and manage your business. I also have a few clients that use ClickUp and to see the way they set up their spaces is very intriguing. There is no "one-size-fits-all" set up in ClickUp. The customizability of every space is amazing. It means no matter how you think, you can have a space that fits your needs and personality.

Sometimes the system can be a bit slow and lags. For example, sometimes when I close a task, it can take a few minutes before the task disappears from the space. Or when I have a task that is set up to recur upon completion, it can take a few minutes before the new task appears. I understand that the Whiteboard view is also new, but that feature can be generally slow as well.

Would recommend.

Easy to use, can take a multi-dimensional view on your tasks, great customer support, great for collaboration.

I have no comment on pricing and I have not used the paid features.

ClickUp has been my project management tool for one of my clients as a freelancer. This helped me to be efficient to plan ahead for my tasks and be effective in my work as clients are able to provide feedback to my project while at the same time be able to have access to it right there to the app. It has been very helpful for me to have a clear plan on what projects should I prioritize and what should I set a side for a while.

· Has a dashboard reminding you of project deadlines and task phases
· You can share files in each specified task
· Users can comment on every project

· Notifications tab in the dashboard is a bit messy.

Happy to recommend the software and plan to develop our use further. Cost effective and better that systems we used previously.

Lots of features - I feel like we have only just touched the surface. Lots of help resources and new features being added regularly.

There is very little not to like in this software. i think the only thing is that sometimes there are lots of ways to do things and it takes a bit of effort to find the one that works best for us.

Overall, I've had an excellent experience with ClickUp. It has helped the team be more organized, and reduced time-consuming context switching communications.

I like that I can use ClickUp to make the tasks I am working on visible to the whole team. We don't have to wonder what we are working on, or duplicate tasks anymore. We can also make one task dependent on another task and identify any holdups.

Sometimes the interface for ClickUp can be a little slow.

A ton of functionality and I only use a fraction of it. Overall offering is great! The customization ability to fit my needs is my favorite part.

I'm not a super tech savy person but I've found ClickUp to be easy to use. I was even able to take a template and modify it to fit my business needs all on my own.

The amount of things that ClickUp can do seemed very overwhelming to me at first. It was my first time using this type of software.

The ability to customize the workspace is unrivaled by competitors without additional coding, integrations, and headache. We get exactly what we want without having to jump through hoops.

We have had some moments where a doc or task disappears, and that can be frustrating. Each time, ClickUp Support was able to recover it for us within the business day.

I've been using ClickUp for less than a year, but it has changed the way I think about my work. The onboarding in my new job included acquainting myself with ClickUp. In the first 90 days of my job, the organization within ClickUp helped me understand the infrastructure of my new work place, my workflow, and my time efficiency. My work efficiency and clarity continues to grow as I continue to use ClickUp.

ClickUp is a highly adaptable efficiency tool. Our company has three teams with three very different workflows. ClickUp is adaptable for each team to maximize efficiency in workflow. My favorite use of ClickUp is the time tracking. I find that I'm more efficient with my time and I'm able to calibrate my projects based on the time I've tracked.

When ClickUp goes down, it brings all of our work to a screeching halt. There is also a lot of data in our ClickUp system, which means certain functions are slow to load.

ClickUp is an excellent tool for day to day task management and project management. It has allowed our company to collaborate better and have much improved team organisation and visibility.

I had an existing issue resetting or removing the ratings of our Knowledgebase articles and the representative said that he already escalated the issue to their Development Team. I'm still waiting for their response. The other issue I had has been resolved already. Regarding having bad links to our Knowledgebase articles. It appears that the title/link is hard-coded.

After comparing with similar platform types, we decided on ClickUp and we still have no regrets! ClickUp has the most sophisticated and yet easy to use set of functions and views that help with team coordination and task organization that we were able to find in the market at the time that we were assessing project management tools & software.

We have been using it for half a year and are still going strong!! In fact, we love ClickUp so much we've shared it with other startups and founders at Y Combinator. When we scale up, we are sure to scale together with ClickUp because they helped us out at this early stage of starting out.

9. Workload view - can see how much work is being assigned to each person on the team
10. Mobile app offering - can use their app to do almost everything you can on a desktop, really impressive how well done and well synced the mobile version is

I literally recommend ClickUp to people in passing. It is probably my most used app at this time. :)

If you like being a master of organization, ClickUp is your new friend. This platform is designed to maximize your productivity while trimming down time. When used correctly, ClickUp can and is the most beneficial tool to help you stay on track. It's colorful. It's easy to use. I can't forget to mention how awesome their customer service people (yes, you, Shaq!) are.

This year we lost a few folders and templates during a time a lot of users were complaining of tasks and files disappearing. The support staff was helpful.

Overall a great tool with infinite types of use and is incredibly easy to use. It helps us manage and organize everything.

It has all the features I can need, it's really organized and helps me manage every single one of my projects, no matter how different they are from each other. I have from boards to calendars and can even see the workload of my team with a simple click. I just love it!

Some of my teammates speak only Spanish and we don't have tutorials or introduction videos to show them so they can familiarize themselves with the tool.

This product is highly recommended as this give solution on my daily tasks to do with step-by-step process. It helps the whole team to communicate and give updates on the status.

This product eases my work process by automating things, organizing process, and reminding me of the things not yet done.

Time tracking sometimes has issues when I need to extract a specific date range. I have to refresh and repeat the date range as it did not follow the correct range.

Each time I discuss work-related topics with colleagues or friends/family, who are on the market for software to enhance or improve their workflow, I always point them to ClickUp. It's one of my favorite 'free' subscriptions that I use frequently to keep myself on task. I can customize my workspace and ensure no details are missed--or enhance my workspace/workflow with other tools like a whiteboard or post-its virtually. It's great!

ClickUp had all the bells & whistles that most paid software platforms restricted until you purchased a subscription, for free. The ease of use, their step-by-step tutorials, and the option to enhance your experience (by choosing a paid version, if you really wanted to) was nice from a customer-perspective. I didn't feel rushed into accessing every feature they offered (and there are many!) because a "trial" was about to expire. All of the basic tools you'd need (and normally access throughout different software types) can be found in a single page!

I wish the "learning" curve was a little bit better, or more obvious. Perhaps a streamlined knowledge base that covered the most basic navigation or "how to" in the system? There really aren't too many cons, to be honest!

The best project tool I've used in the last 18 years. For me, it works better than Trello for example.

It s really easy to use. You'll learn how to use it by working with this tool. It keeps my reminders and project plans where you are able to show dependencies between tasks.

I miss the week numbers in the Gantt view, and it would be nice if I could view weeks that are blocked (vacancies, for example) in another color in the Gantt views.

We love ClickUp. The first week using it we were able to give our entire team of employees a day off. They all had Friday to spend with their families or doing fun stuff and as an employer that felt great.

ClickUp helped us easily switch from Monday.com. It's been something that's helped us run our business much more efficiently.

The only thing that needs some work in my opinion is the mobile versions. Things that are easy to see/find on the desktop app are not as easily accessible in mobile.
