What is HelpWire?

HelpWire is a remote support solution compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. Technicians can invite users to a session through a shared link, eliminating the need for the person receiving support to register an account or provide login details. For ongoing maintenance or unresolved issues, technicians can enable unattended access and reconnect to the device later without requiring the user to join another session. The connection can also be restored automatically after the remote computer restarts. HelpWire is designed to provide responsive control by prioritizing direct peer-to-peer communication. If a direct route cannot be established because of network restrictions, the service automatically uses a relay connection instead. Remote sessions are secured with TLS and AES-256 encryption.
