What is Exoprise CloudReady?

Active or synthetic transaction monitoring (STM) replicates the actions of real users engaging with cloud services and infrastructure, including platforms like Office 365. User experience monitoring is conducted around the clock, ensuring constant oversight. The system does not require complex scripting, streamlining the process significantly. App performance can be observed through various methods, including Web UI, client interactions, and API transactions. Comprehensive performance data regarding the entire network path is provided for better correlation and identification of outages. Our solution is straightforward to implement and easy to manage over time. CloudReady works seamlessly with any version of Windows OS and is adaptable to various workloads. We thoroughly monitor all components of Office 365, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Skype for Business, offering more than just basic ping checks. Extensive testing is conducted on both infrastructure and applications, incorporating cross-server timing assessments. Additionally, we perform detailed upload and download tests, as well as monitoring and evaluating message queues to ensure optimal performance.
