What is Car-Ware?

The Desk Manager will be able to monitor all active “Ups” effectively, allowing them to easily choose which one to tackle next. This traffic and desking module also grants users the ability to take notes about the visit, modify the Status/Result, and document the Lead Source that brought the customer to the dealership. For a desk manager with a busy schedule, having multiple prospect up cards open at the same time enables swift shifts between "Up" cards and quotes, thereby boosting efficiency and productivity.
