The tokens associated with the LLC are then transformed into individual tokens valued at $50 each on the Algorand Blockchain. A certified property inspector will evaluate the property and compile a detailed report. Should any repairs be necessary, the seller has the option to complete them before closing or to provide a credit to the LLC. The property is then listed on the Lofty marketplace for potential buyers.
