What is Mountain Duck?

Mountain Duck enables users to mount server and cloud storage as drives in Finder on macOS and File Explorer on Windows, providing a comprehensive view of all remotely stored files without the need for local synchronization. When a file is accessed, it gets synchronized to the local drive, allowing offline access when necessary. Users can choose to make certain files and folders permanently available offline, while others are temporarily downloaded as needed, helping to save local disk space. Cyberduck is a free browser for server and cloud storage that works seamlessly on both Mac and Windows, supporting a wide range of protocols such as FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, OpenStack Swift, Backblaze B2, Microsoft Azure, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. This multifaceted application simplifies server connections, enhances enterprise-level file sharing, and grants access to various cloud storage options, all within a straightforward interface. It also includes connection profiles for numerous popular hosting services and offers client-side encryption through Cryptomator interoperable vaults, ensuring data remains secure across different servers and cloud platforms. With these robust features, users can not only streamline their workflows but also keep a firm grip on their files and their security. Moreover, the seamless integration of these tools allows for greater efficiency and organization in managing digital assets.

What is Huawei Cloud Elastic Volume Service?

The Elastic Volume Service (EVS) delivers dependable and efficient block storage tailored for cloud servers, such as Elastic Cloud Servers (ECS) and Bare Metal Servers (BMS). Boasting an extraordinary durability rate of 99.9999999% and low read/write latency of approximately 1 millisecond, EVS is well-suited for a variety of critical applications. Users have the option to choose from multiple types of EVS disks, including those focused on high I/O, general-purpose SSD, or ultra-high I/O, ensuring that they can find an appropriate solution at a competitive price. Furthermore, EVS supports the effortless scaling of storage capacity without interrupting services, which allows users to adapt to evolving storage demands with ease. If an EVS disk reaches its capacity, users can swiftly expand their block storage while the disk remains operational, facilitating a seamless scaling experience. With just a few clicks, system disks can be increased up to 1 TB, and data disks can grow to as much as 32 TB, providing ongoing support for your applications. Additionally, the data on EVS disks is protected by encryption using the industry-standard AES-256 algorithm, ensuring a high level of security for sensitive data. This all-encompassing service not only guarantees reliability but also offers flexibility, making it an ideal option for organizations looking to enhance their cloud storage capabilities. Ultimately, EVS stands out in the marketplace for its combination of performance, security, and user-friendly features.
