Users can create task item tables by leveraging customized libraries or by utilizing data from prior projects. Furthermore, resources linked to task items are incorporated directly within those items, allowing for automatic replication when items are duplicated. An interactive timeline chart aids in planning work across various levels, such as contracts, schedules, sections, or specific tasks, ensuring comprehensive oversight. Additionally, cost estimates and projected cash flow S-curves can be developed for each level, offering a transparent financial overview. Users are also able to utilize Bill Project at no cost to document the monthly progress of each item within the Bill Project files. Following this, progress payment certificates can be generated using this information alongside details regarding on-site materials, VO day works, VO extra work, variations in rates, and special materials.
