What is NCFlow?

NCFlow is an advanced, cloud-based CAM and nesting solution designed specifically for those in cabinet making, furniture manufacturing, and panel processing. Operating entirely in a web browser, it eliminates the need for complex local setups, regular software updates, or physical USB drives, thus simplifying the production workflow in woodworking. The platform enables users to import designs from multiple formats including DXF, DWG, PDF, and images, facilitating quick edits and adjustments to vector geometries, as well as the creation of custom tool libraries for various machining operations such as milling, drilling, and sawing. Featuring a sophisticated true-shape nesting engine, NCFlow optimally arranges parts on sheets, significantly minimizing material waste. Tailored for efficient CNC production, NCFlow generates high-quality, machine-ready files that can be easily exported to leading industry formats like Homag & Weeke (MPR), Biesse (CIX), SCM & Morbidelli (XCS), and Holzher (HOP). This efficient conversion process allows users to turn their drawings into CNC outputs in mere minutes, drastically boosting workshop productivity and efficiency. With an intuitive interface, NCFlow is designed to be user-friendly, making it suitable for both experienced craftsmen and beginners venturing into the field. Additionally, its cloud-based nature ensures that users always have access to the latest features without the hassle of manual updates.
