What is Flaree?
Flaree is an employee recognition platform engineered for teams of 50–400, not retrofitted from enterprise software. Its differentiators: it is web-first with optional Slack rather than Slack-only, so every employee is reachable through web and native iOS/Android apps; recognition cards map to company values by default instead of generic kudos; and it offers a permanent Free Forever plan plus a no-card 90-day trial, where many competitors are demo- or paid-only. Teams get values-aligned cards, points and leaderboards, achievement badges, automated birthday and anniversary flows, department rankings, an AI HR Assistant, and integrations via REST API, Zapier and Make.com. The Engagement Snapshot dashboard measures participation and retention signals, and the platform is GDPR-compliant with English and Polish interfaces. Advance plans start at $2/user/month billed annually.
