Formsout is a fast AI form builder that turns a short written prompt into a complete, ready-to-share form. The platform is built around a simple workflow where users describe the outcome they need, such as an RSVP, feedback form, application, poll, quiz, order form, or lead generation form. Formsout AI then generates questions, answer options, validation, form copy, tone, and structure in seconds. This removes much of the manual work involved in traditional form builders, such as choosing field types, writing labels, configuring required fields, setting dropdown options, and starting from a blank canvas. Users can prompt the system with plain-language requests like a birthday RSVP, college club interest form, custom order form, internship application, or post-event feedback survey. The AI uses context from the prompt to determine the right questions, style, length, and tone for the intended audience. After the draft is generated, every part of the form remains editable, including labels, options, button text, field order, themes, colors, fonts, header images, and thank-you messages. Formsout supports sharing through permanent links, QR codes, and embeddable iframe code for websites, Notion pages, and other destinations that accept HTML. Responses appear in a real-time dashboard and can be exported for later use. The platform also includes examples, prompt guidance, pricing, FAQs, and a free plan that lets users start without a credit card. By combining natural language generation, simple editing, fast publishing, and flexible sharing, Formsout helps users build useful forms in minutes without needing design skills or form-building experience.
