PDFCreator is a Windows-focused solution for automating how documents are generated and delivered in business workflows. It captures print jobs from almost any application and converts them into PDF, JPG, PNG, or TIF through a virtual printer, so teams can keep their existing tools and processes.

What is Orcanos DMS ?
Enhance the efficiency of document routing and approval workflows by adopting the Orcanos document management system, which not only streamlines these processes but also automates training and Engineering Change Orders (ECO). After receiving the necessary approvals, documents are securely archived and shared in PDF format. Each document processed through the Orcanos DMS is accompanied by a cover letter and features a watermark on every page, which adds a layer of protection against unauthorized duplication or misuse. In the event that a new document version is created, the system automatically designates the previous version as Obsolete and applies a fresh watermark to the current version, ensuring users can readily identify the most recent document and avoid reliance on outdated versions. Additionally, the Orcanos ECO module simplifies the oversight of document changes and enables the automated release of multiple documents simultaneously. Each revision released is designed to be self-instructive, generating a training task for all relevant parties, which boosts efficiency and ensures compliance across the organization.
