Enter your appraisal requests into Pipeline in less than thirty seconds, and watch them appear on a map alongside your other appraisals in real-time. The Order Box offers detailed information for each appraisal, such as the property address, client details, deadlines, scheduled times, categories of assignments, and access instructions. You also have the ability to take and maintain extensive notes about the property itself, with the option to customize this box according to your workflow needs. Within the Scheduling section of Pipeline, you can find all pending appraisals ready for inspection, accompanied by organized and archived contact numbers and access instructions. You can choose to view appraisals in an easy-to-read grid format or a calendar view, allowing for a more flexible way to organize your tasks. The Appraisal Map, Grid, and Calendar can be utilized together or separately, giving you a comprehensive overview of your business activities at a glance. Once a property has been inspected, any appraisals that need typing will appear in this section, allowing you to track due dates and any essential notes required for completing the appraisal, including details about typists and communications with agents.
