What is Privacy Analytics?

Privacy Analytics is at the forefront of delivering advanced data anonymization solutions and software specifically designed for enterprises in both the consumer and healthcare industries. Our offerings enable you to utilize your sensitive data securely and responsibly, promoting innovation that benefits society as a whole. With Privacy Analytics, you can adeptly de-identify health information to comply with the highest standards while preserving its practical utility. As regulatory frameworks tighten, the urgency for fulfilling data requests is intensifying, increasing the pressure on organizations to uphold their reputations. In today's landscape, data privacy is of utmost importance, with both consumers and regulatory bodies demanding accountability from companies. This increased scrutiny raises the stakes for pharmaceutical firms, who must ensure safe and responsible sharing of clinical data and associated documents. As calls for transparency rise, the difficulty of balancing this need with the privacy rights of trial participants becomes more evident, highlighting the critical requirement for innovative strategies that facilitate accountability while safeguarding confidentiality. Therefore, organizations must swiftly adapt to these changing demands to succeed in this challenging climate, ensuring they meet both regulatory expectations and ethical obligations. In doing so, they can establish a strong foundation for trust and credibility in their data practices.

What is Limina?

Limina is a context-aware data de-identification platform for detecting and transforming sensitive information across structured and unstructured enterprise data. It is designed to preserve useful context while removing or transforming information that could create privacy, security, or regulatory risks. Limina identifies PII, PHI, and PCI across more than 50 entity types, including names, Social Security numbers, credit cards, medical conditions, medications, passport numbers, and international variants. Instead of depending solely on predefined patterns, the platform analyzes contextual relationships to identify sensitive information that may span sentences, conversational turns, or unconventional formats. This approach is designed to handle challenging information such as ASR errors, OCR mistakes, handwritten forms, conversational disfluencies, multilingual content, and code-switching. Limina supports 52 languages and has been deployed across markets including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and Switzerland. Organizations can deploy the software as a container inside their own VPC or on-premises infrastructure so data remains within their controlled environment during processing without third-party access or outbound calls. Real-time identification capabilities detect sensitive information as it appears, while data linking connects related entities and helps transform unstructured information into structured data for downstream use. Limina integrates with platforms and infrastructure including AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and NVIDIA NeMo, allowing organizations to incorporate de-identification into existing data workflows.
