What is QoderWake?

QoderWake operates as a continuous AI workforce platform, featuring specialized digital agents that are equipped to handle real responsibilities rather than functioning as basic AI tools. This innovative platform includes over six distinct predefined roles along with more than 100 job skills, facilitating swift onboarding and constant functionality around the clock. Once the initial guidelines are set, these AI workers can autonomously begin tasks without needing extensive instructions, allowing them to effectively plan, execute, and synchronize their efforts as required. The system promotes enhanced collaboration by building upon memory, judgment, and output quality, which contributes to performance enhancements over time. To ensure reliable long-term operations, QoderWake incorporates built-in validation processes, recovery mechanisms from failures, and the capability to retain state across tasks, enabling each execution to draw from past experiences without compromising consistency. Each digital employee is assigned a unique identity, complete with a name, role, hire date, and work history, while there are also opportunities to broaden their capabilities via an extensive role skill library and the development of custom skills. Furthermore, this framework cultivates a more flexible workforce, empowering businesses to adapt to changing demands with greater efficiency and agility. Ultimately, QoderWake not only streamlines operations but also positions companies to thrive in a competitive landscape.

What is Microsoft Autopilot?

Microsoft Autopilot is a long-running AI agent in Microsoft Copilot built to handle persistent, recurring, and proactive work across an organization. The product was previously called Scout and is positioned by Microsoft as a digital teammate that can continue operating without waiting for a prompt at every stage. Users can assign Autopilot a name, role, goal, and operating boundaries, after which it can monitor activity, follow up on threads, run recurring work, and resume projects over extended periods. One example provided by Microsoft is a supplier review process in which Autopilot can create the schedule and workback plan, prepare for meetings, manage follow-ups, and contact stakeholders for updates. Autopilot is cloud-hosted, so its work can continue while users are offline or focused elsewhere. Each Autopilot instance lives within the organization’s tenant and has its own identity, memory, computer, and workspace. It is built on Microsoft IQ, which connects enterprise knowledge, data, and workflows to provide context for the agent’s actions. Autopilot can surface across Microsoft 365 experiences including Teams, Outlook, chats, channels, and documents, where users can interact with it similarly to a colleague. The service is governed through organizational permissions, audit controls, and policy boundaries so companies can define what the agent is allowed to access and execute. Microsoft positions Autopilot alongside Cowork and Code as one of Copilot’s long-running agentic capabilities, with usage-based billing applied to this type of work. As announced on September 25, 2026, Autopilot was expanding to private preview at the end of September.
