What is ReleaseNotes.io?

User Reactions allows you to gauge how your audience feels about the features you introduce, enabling them to express their sentiments through simple feedback options. When activated, users can view their reactions while accessing a release either through their widget or on the public release page, though these reactions will not appear in release notifications sent via email. It's essential to keep your latest releases synchronized with both remote and internal teams to enhance their productivity and ensure they are well-informed. Additionally, you can restrict access to private releases to only those who require it. Regularly updating your customers about recent fixes demonstrates your commitment to addressing issues effectively. Your team invests significant effort into developing an exceptional product, and to attract more customers and secure additional deals, it's crucial to communicate any updates not only to your existing user base but also to a broader audience, ensuring everyone is aware of your continuous improvements. By fostering this level of transparency and engagement, you can build stronger relationships with your clients.
