What is Repcon Configurator?

Recently, a client contacted us to share that they had lost their leading technician, who opted to move to the automotive industry citing its performance-based pay as a key motivator for potentially greater income. At STIHL, we believe in the importance of tracking technician productivity and offering appropriate rewards; nevertheless, this traditionally involved store owners manually collecting information from paper tickets and entering it into spreadsheets. To address this challenge, we have improved the process by incorporating automation into RepairStorm. Additionally, any enhancements made on Repcon will take advantage of our platform's capabilities, which feature document management, version control, a 3D engine, rules engine, development and deployment environments, auto-generated forms, ERP integrations, and established processes and templates, all designed to fulfill diverse requirements without raising the operational costs associated with the company's usual applications. This holistic strategy not only boosts operational efficiency but also positions us to swiftly respond to the evolving demands of the market, ensuring that we remain competitive and relevant. As we continue to innovate, our commitment to supporting our clients and their needs remains unwavering.
