What is Revelation helpdesk?

The distinctive Self Service Interface offers a customized experience for both users and their supervisors, enabling them to generate new tickets, keep an eye on existing ones, and access various dashboards. You can set up predefined action notes that are easily accessible via a dropdown menu in any active ticket within Revelation. Quick notes can be organized and associated by end user, group, team, and other pertinent criteria as required. With Revelation’s Multi-Edit functionality, modifying multiple tickets that share the same action note is more straightforward than before. This Multi-Edit feature permits you to apply identical action notes to different tickets, distribute billable time across multiple tickets, or even move tickets between various clients or projects. Furthermore, Revelation’s Storyline feature offers a dynamic visual representation of a ticket’s progress, tracking its journey from initiation to resolution. The Storyline feature depicts a timeline of system notes, monitors how long a ticket has been open, and displays the status of the ticket using a color-coded system, which enhances the overall ticket management process. By utilizing these features, you can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing your workflow, ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

What is Prestige Scheduler?

Presenting a highly efficient and versatile electronic planning board designed specifically for web browsers, the EPB offers a clear visual display of your ongoing scheduled tasks. Each task is represented as a bar that accurately depicts the remaining hours required for completion, while also categorizing the workload into setup time, runtime, and cleanup time, known collectively as activities. These activities are conveniently color-coded and positioned at the bottom of each bar for straightforward identification. The central part of the bar reflects the current status of the task, conveyed through its designated color and the selected fields that detail the bar's content. Alongside the task bars, the EPB also incorporates down-bars that highlight intervals when resources are not available for production. You can create these down-bars for resources using downtime Proformas, and if you utilize Labor Tracking, dynamic down-bars are automatically produced according to labor force shift patterns. This thorough methodology guarantees that every element of scheduling and resource management is addressed efficiently, providing users with greater transparency and authority over their operational timelines. Furthermore, this adaptability allows users to customize their planning experience to better suit the unique demands of their projects.
