What is Bloom Analytics?

Bloom is a native Shopify profit analytics and attribution app built to show Shopify merchants the margin actually retained across every product, order, country, and sales channel, not just the revenue processed. Bloom generates profit and loss reports that break down contribution margin at every level of the business, from store-wide performance down to individual products, collections, and orders, giving merchants the visibility they need to find margin leaks before they compound and hurt profitability. Profit insights on products, ad campaigns, and email channels surface recommended actions to scale, cut, or fix what is driving or hurting margin, so decisions are grounded in actual profit data rather than revenue approximations. Custom dashboards let merchants build their own profit views around the metrics that matter most to their specific business model, removing the need for manual spreadsheets or time-consuming data exports. Revenue attribution in Bloom uses a multi-touch attribution model powered by Bloom Pixel, a first-party tracking layer that connects actual Shopify orders to ad spend across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and email platforms, identifying which channels truly drive profitable orders rather than just clicks or assisted conversions. Ad spend is fetched directly from each connected channel and reconciled against Shopify order data, costs, and expenses to reflect the cash actually retained. Bloom connects natively to Claude and ChatGPT via MCP, letting merchants query their profit data conversationally and surface insights without building manual reports. Profit insights are delivered via Slack and email summaries, keeping merchants and their teams informed without requiring them to log in.
