What is PRO-EST HVAC?
Pro-Est HVAC stands out as an all-in-one estimating solution for HVAC projects, offering features for pipe work, sheet metal, and a recap sheet in Excel format. Tailored to be budget-friendly, intuitive, and flexible, it operates smoothly on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems, as well as various Windows platforms including XP, Vista, and 7. Users can choose from four unique sheet metal estimation methods, with two that include shop labor and two that do not. Furthermore, the program allows labor measurement in either pounds per hour or linear feet per hour, significantly enhancing its adaptability. The range of sheet metal estimating methods includes considerations for liner, duct wrap, sealer, SMACNA pressure classes, reinforcement options like Duct Mate and TDF, as well as accessories, snaplock, and spiral designs. In addition to the standard options, users can add extra reinforcement, liner, insulation, and accessories to create a customized estimating experience that fits their specific needs. An essential aspect of this program is its full adjustability regarding all costs and labor productivity metrics, which facilitates accurate financial forecasting.
