    Summary

    BuildXact has helped my company immensely, being able to track labor and material costs daily as ensured we are on top of each project and able to see an issue before it becomes a real concern

    I can track my jobs in live time, labor hours through the buildxact onsite app are easily tracked to labor costings

    I initially had a bit of trouble linking my xero accounting software to the platform, this has since been rectified.

    Summary

    We love Buildxact because it is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets. The guys love the app for their timesheets. It connects to Xero which is great as well. You can also add product catalogues which makes quoting so much easier. The question box is great and we use it frequently, we've even asked to change a couple of things and they did it for us!

    Buildxact is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets.

    Negative

    The only thing I would like it to change is work orders showing the actual date for the timesheet not the date it was created and the times worked not just the overall hours.
