Their SVRX recording solution integrates effortlessly with these systems, guaranteeing the collection of critical communications alongside relevant call information. This adaptable solution is designed to support multi-site distributed architectures and performs reliably in redundant settings. It also includes features such as integrated screen capture, agent evaluation, and customizable reporting analytics tailored to meet a variety of requirements. Compatible platforms encompass leading names such as Alcatel, Ascom, Aspect, Avaya, Bosch, Cisco, EADS, eON, Ericsson, Fujitsu, Intertel, LG, Mitel, NEC, Nitsuko, Nortel, Panasonic, Philips, Realtis, Rockwell, Samsung, Selta, Siemens, ShoreTel, Tadiran, Telrad, and Toshiba. The SVRX enables passive tapping on T1/E1 and analog trunks, along with digital stations for these systems, while also supporting analog stations and port mirroring based recording for VoIP. Additionally, it accommodates a range of VoIP protocols, including Cisco Skinny, H.323, MGCP, SIP stations, and SIP trunks, establishing it as a thorough solution for various communication environments. With such a broad range of compatibility, Edigin's products empower organizations to efficiently monitor and assess their communication practices, ultimately enhancing operational effectiveness and decision-making processes.

What is Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)?

The Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) functions as a powerful Session Border Controller (SBC) aimed at enterprises, providing a secure, scalable, and flexible solution for voice and video communications between corporate networks and SIP trunks from providers. It performs four crucial functions: managing sessions, enforcing security, facilitating protocol interworking, and defining network boundaries. By ensuring signaling compatibility between SIP and H.323 protocols, CUBE oversees media interworking, which encompasses DTMF, fax, modem support, and codec transcoding, all while carrying out address and port translations to maintain privacy and obscure network architecture. In addition to these core capabilities, it includes features like billing and call detail record (CDR) normalization, quality-of-service (QoS) enhancement, bandwidth management, and media services that support forking and proxying. Furthermore, CUBE can be deployed on Cisco routers or as a virtual solution on Cisco UCS servers, allowing for centralized, distributed, or hybrid deployment models that cater to various organizational requirements. This flexibility ensures that businesses can adapt their communication systems seamlessly to address changing needs and technological advancements. Consequently, CUBE is a vital component for companies striving to optimize their communication infrastructure and improve overall operational efficiency.
