The absence of visibility into the activities within our BizTalk Server environments hampers our ability to proactively address potential issues. Furthermore, monitoring message flows in BizTalk presents its own set of challenges, and the lack of an audit trail to track who made particular changes leaves us uncertain. Our support personnel also hold administrative rights on both BizTalk and SQL Servers, which raises significant concerns regarding security and accountability.
