What is Shark Byte Sales and Estimating CRM?
Shark Byte emerged as an innovative idea developed by industry experts and service contractors from Perfectware, a team boasting over five decades of collective experience in the Mechanical Service Industry across sales and management roles. We identified a gap in the market for a specialized tool tailored specifically for Mechanical Service Contractors, realizing that a singular solution would not suffice for the diverse needs of contractors. Instead, we discovered that there are multiple alternatives available, ranging from standalone tools and add-ons for service management software to the customization of commercial CRM systems.
Consequently, we crafted a comprehensive solution that encompasses a customer and sales tracking CRM, a mobile surveying application, tools for contract and job estimating, and capabilities for generating electronic proposals. Throughout the design and development phases, we engaged with contractors to ensure the effectiveness of Shark Byte's tools and methodologies, ultimately striving to establish the premier Sales Relations Manager in the field. This iterative process not only refined our offerings but also fostered strong relationships with the contractors we aimed to serve.

Bidtracer was created by two skilled engineers who brought together their knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering. This cutting-edge application functions as a dedicated sales operations and channel partner tool specifically tailored for the commercial construction industry. It streamlines the initiation of sales opportunities, the formulation of bid tracking plans, and the specification process while also facilitating the invitation of subcontractors for collaboration. Users can quickly leverage the estimating feature to draft proposals and dispatch them to clients with ease. Furthermore, it aids sales professionals in automating their bid follow-up processes, allowing them to monitor and identify the successful contractor. This process significantly enhances their likelihood of successfully closing sales on projects.
