What is Simcenter Inspire?

Simcenter Inspire is a Siemens simulation-driven design platform created to help product designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams develop optimized parts from concept through production. It brings simulation and computational physics into a CAD-like environment, making it easier to evaluate performance and manufacturability during the earliest stages of design. The platform combines geometry modeling, generative design, manufacturing simulation, optimization, and GPU-enhanced rendering in one connected workspace. Simcenter Inspire helps bridge the gap between ideation and manufacturing by allowing users to explore concepts, validate performance, and identify production challenges before designs are finalized. Its advanced hybrid modeling tools support BRep, PolyNURBS organic modeling, facets, and implicit geometry so users can work with different geometry types in a flexible way. Intelligent sketching tools and construction history help accelerate design cycles while improving consistency. Embedded solvers allow teams to explore structural, motion, and fluid performance without the same level of meshing effort often required in traditional simulation tools. Simcenter Inspire includes specialized tools for casting, metal extrusion, polymer extrusion, forming, molding, polyfoam, 3D printing, rendering, and studio workflows. Inspire Cast adds casting simulation with practical AI that combines data-driven machine learning with physics-based simulation to support faster and smarter casting decisions. What is STOCHOS?

STOCHOS is a cutting-edge probabilistic AI tool tailored for engineering and research and development sectors. It efficiently utilizes available simulation, testing, and measurement data to quickly forecast new variants while offering uncertainty assessments for each outcome, enabling engineers to determine when they can rely on the findings or revert to conventional solvers. Using the DIM-GP framework, STOCHOS proves effective even with smaller datasets, accommodating samples ranging from a handful to several hundred, and is capable of managing diverse data types, including scalars, signals, 2D and 3D fields, meshes, geometries, and images. Among its features are surrogate modeling, uncertainty quantification, Bayesian and multi-objective optimization, as well as multi-fidelity modeling and sensitivity analysis, in addition to generative geometry techniques. The user-friendly STOCHOS Flow visual workbench allows users to build workflows without requiring programming skills, enabling teams to implement these workflows as web applications easily. The software can be installed on local hardware and works offline, thus ensuring both accessibility and privacy for users. Established in 2018 in Grafing bei München, PI Probaligence operates as part of the CADFEM Group and has emerged as a key technology partner with Ansys, fostering pioneering solutions in the engineering domain.
