What is Simple BPM?

The process of development entails constructing models that depict the relationships between different tasks and resources within the database environment. This method guarantees that the resulting documentation complies with the ISO 10013 quality document standards, as well as the requirements specified in OSGG 600/2018. Additionally, it aids in defining the organization's objectives while allowing for the identification and thorough detailing of risks, which are subsequently compiled into registers. The system is designed to maintain registries for a wide array of created objects, encompassing user-generated content like documents, IT applications, objectives, activities, process interfaces, tools, and knowledge assets. After establishing a procedure, it becomes the cornerstone for executing the associated process it describes. The activity coordinator plays a crucial role in designating participants to the process and ensuring the availability of all essential resources. Activities are conducted following the prescribed procedure, which mandates the documentation of participants and any relevant contextual information. The conclusion of an activity is treated as an electronic signature, thus ensuring accountability and traceability throughout the process. This all-encompassing system not only streamlines workflow efficiency but also fosters compliance with quality standards throughout the organization, ultimately contributing to improved overall performance and reliability in operations.
