SimpliTime is a web-based time and attendance management platform built to help small and mid-sized companies replace manual spreadsheets with a structured approval and payroll-preparation workflow. It centralizes employee time recording, leave management, overtime review, shift planning, approvals, payroll summaries, export templates, audit trails, and reporting in one system. Employees can record working hours from any browser, including mobile devices, making it easier to capture attendance without relying on paper forms or monthly spreadsheet updates. The platform handles work schedules and breaks while separating regular hours from overtime and flagging missing days before month-end close. Managers can review submitted hours, approve leave, check discrepancies, monitor coverage, and use one- or two-level approval workflows depending on the company’s process. SimpliTime includes leave requests, leave balances, a team calendar, shift planning templates, swap handling, project-based approvals, and overtime-risk monitoring. Payroll preparation tools generate monthly summaries, employee timesheets, pay-item lists, PDF files, XLS exports, and configurable templates for accountants or payroll teams. The Payroll Control plan adds payslip generation, bulk download, benefits, corrections, overtime multipliers, contribution tracking, pre-close checks, a reporting hub, a document library, onboarding tasks, and a dedicated contact. Role-based permissions help ensure employees, managers, HR users, and payroll administrators only access the information relevant to their responsibilities. Every change, approval, correction, and export is logged, giving companies a clearer audit trail for time and attendance data.
