Each property comes with its own branded booking website, allowing guests to conveniently check availability and make reservations for various durations, whether it be nights, weeks, or even months. The front-desk team can manage direct bookings from the website, phone calls, walk-in customers, and corporate clients with ease by using a unified calendar that details reservation information, payment statuses, invoices, and the ability to export bookings. Operators benefit from the option to tailor many elements such as unit types, pricing structures, minimum stay requirements, additional services offered, cancellation terms, VAT, and the Tourism Dirham, all while overseeing multiple properties from a single, cohesive dashboard.
