What is StoreFeeder?

StoreFeeder helps growing UK ecommerce businesses manage orders, stock and despatch across all their sales channels from a single platform. Key capabilities: multichannel order management; inventory management with one stock pool synced across marketplaces, webstores, in-store EPOS and Amazon FBA; warehouse management with picking on PDAs, Android and iOS; listing tools; stock forecasting; and shipping through StoreFeeder's own direct Royal Mail integration and other carriers. All 72 integrations, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, Temu and Not On The High Street, are built in-house. StoreFeeder was founded in 2012, is based in Nottingham and is a Royal Mail company; its team also builds and runs Royal Mail Click & Drop. It suits sellers from around 30 orders a day and scales to 10,000+ orders a day. Pricing is based on annual turnover, and there is a 14-day free trial.

What is Rilk?

Rilk was built by people who resell refurbished electronics, for the problem generic inventory tools skip: the same model is not the same unit. Every phone, laptop or console carries its own serial or IMEI, its own grade, its own cost and its own sale. Rilk tracks each unit from the purchase order it arrived on, through receiving, grading and any regrading, into the bin it sits in, onto the order it shipped on and against the payout it settled in. When a return comes back, the unit is received, graded again and either restocked or sent for repair, with its history intact. Around that sits the rest of the operation: one order queue across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Back Market, Newegg and more; labels bought on the order with rate shopping across UPS, FedEx and USPS; pick lists and bulk shipping; FBA and WFS inbound shipments. Free covers orders and labels up to 500 orders a month with no credit card. Serial tracking, warehouse and returns are on Pro.

Inventory Management

Rilk manages inventory as a tangible record: detailing the specific warehouse, bin location, quantity, and for serialized items, the precise unit. You can receive goods based on a purchase order, scan items into designated bins, relocate them as needed, and conduct inventory counts. What sets serialized inventory apart is its unique tracking. Each serial number or IMEI is associated with its own cost, condition, and historical data, tracing back to the purchase order it originated from and forward to the order it was dispatched on. Even regraded items maintain their historical records, and returned products are linked to their original entry. Kits and bundles function as a single SKU while depleting their individual components. Costs are attributed to each unit based on vendor information and purchase orders, enabling accurate profit calculations based on actual purchase prices rather than averages. Rilk provides reports on available stock, valuation, and transaction history. The system includes features for managing inventory, warehouses, serial numbers, and purchase orders, but does not offer demand forecasting or reorder recommendations.

Multi-Channel eCommerce

Rilk allows you to manage all your sales channels seamlessly from a single platform, without incurring fees for each channel. The free version connects to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and WooCommerce, while the Pro version expands to include Back Market, Newegg, Etsy, Temu, and PayWhirl orders. The Ultimate package further enhances your options by integrating Mirakl retailers like Best Buy, Macy's, Kohl's, Saks, Nordstrom, Wayfair, Walmart DSV, and retailer EDI via SPS Commerce and Rithum. All orders from these channels are organized in one unified queue, complete with the respective order numbers, ship-by dates, and buyer shipping methods. You can ship orders directly, and tracking information is sent back to the original channel. In the Pro version, inventory levels are managed from a single stock pool, allowing you to selectively enable which channels Rilk will oversee for your product listings. Payouts are streamlined to provide a comprehensive overview. Settlements for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay are automatically reconciled with the orders, while other channels can be reconciled by uploading the retailer's remittance files. This system ensures you know the actual payment received for each order, rather than just the listed price.
