What is Fluid CRM?
Fluid CRM is a lightweight customer relationship management tool for small B2B companies. It solves a specific problem: spreadsheets break down once you have more than 30 active deals, but traditional CRMs demand weeks of setup and constant maintenance. Fluid sits in the middle. Structured like a CRM, simple like a spreadsheet.
The main workspace is a drag-and-drop pipeline board. Deals move across stages you define, and each card opens into a full view with contact details, company info, notes, activity timeline, and the next scheduled follow-up. A dashboard shows pipeline value by stage, so founders and sales leads can see the health of their pipeline at a glance.
Follow-up reminders are central to how Fluid works. Every deal can carry a next action with a due date, which means interested leads never go quiet by accident. This makes Fluid a strong fit for outbound sales teams: several users connect it to tools like Smartlead through the API so that interested replies automatically become deals in the pipeline.
