What is Tencap Tennis?

Your rating will improve if you exceed the expectations set by the system and will decrease if you fall short, regardless of the final result of the match. Ratings tend to stay consistent when there is a disparity of more than 10 points between competitors, unless the lower-rated player emerges victorious. Furthermore, ratings are only adjusted when both players have an established Tencap rating. A player can acquire a Tencap rating by being the only participant on a doubles team without one or by competing against someone who has a Tencap singles rating. Also, any set in which the winner does not secure at least 4 games is disregarded in the rating calculations. With each match played, the Rating Confidence is expected to rise, shaped by the accuracy of your opponents' ratings and the diversity of players you encounter.
