Lacking a budget for advertising and with a minimal online presence, the reputation of our software grew mainly through word of mouth, resulting in a gradual rise in users. Although I can't specify an exact number, it is believed that several hundred cemeteries have adopted our desktop and online solutions over the years. Our focus on smaller churches and county cemeteries has kept our growth modest, as we prioritized quality over high-volume sales and extensive marketing campaigns. Even now, we continue to expand primarily through personal referrals and organic traffic from search engines, illustrating the power of community support in our journey. This organic growth approach has allowed us to build lasting relationships with our users, who appreciate the reliability and effectiveness of our software solutions.

Additionally, it consolidates cemetery applications, related fees, and foundation regulations into a single repository for each cemetery, generating actionable tasks for every order. Families are offered a tailored portal link to track their order status, access essential documents, and process payments online, enhancing their experience. The platform's built-in 3D designer, MonuStudio (currently in beta), allows users to visualize the monument before any production begins, ensuring satisfaction prior to cutting. The Pro plan offers advanced capabilities, including the ability to approve drawings within the portal, manage purchase and foundation orders, issue shop tickets, schedule installations, monitor outstanding balances, generate sales tax reports, and seamlessly integrate with QuickBooks Online. This versatile software is accessible through web browsers and comes with an iPhone application, providing support for both English and German languages to cater to a wider audience.
