Highly recommend for businesses big and small, lots of good tools. Support is fast & implementation is easy.

UI on the admin side is easy to navigate, product building is pretty streamlined and user friendly. Client facing site is clean, easy to navigate, and responsive. Diverse set of base products with flexible options to fit the needs of a custom printer.

Stylizing is generally via CSS/HTML outside of the canned options within the site so a small learning curve to get everything just how you want it, but the support team is there to do it for you if you need.

PageDNA has been a very reliable online ordering solution for us. The platform strikes an excellent balance between ease of use and powerful functionality, making it well suited for both simple and complex workflows. Once configured, PageDNA helps streamline processes, improve ordering accuracy, and significantly reduce manual effort. While there is some learning involved to fully leverage its advanced capabilities, the efficiency gains make it a valuable long-term tool. Additionally, the integration capabilities—particularly using JSON—are outstanding and extremely powerful for leveraging an MIS Print platform.

Overall there knowledge and experience have been great to work with and there always willing to assist with challenging requests.

Hands on training and great follow up service. There weekly check-in's was by far my favorite part during the trainings.

There training site is very cumbersome and can be slightly overwhelming at times.

It's been a great experience so far. We sort had to jump in quick so I do wish we had gotten a little more time to make sure that we used our implementation time to our best advantage. But, everyone has been so helpful and I feel like I've learned a lot in a short amount of time.

The system is amazing so far and I haven't even had a chance to learn about all of the capabilities yet. It's super easy to use.

I don't really have any cons. Everything has been great.

Overall, Page DNA is easy to work with, they take a personal interest in delivering a site to your expectations. Timing and cost to me are not a problem. Page DNA is responsive and definitely feels like privately owned company actually taking care of their customers.

We like the flexibility in customising To our department and requirements. We had a different Web submission solution and changed to Page DNA. Page DNA's team does most of the work for you! They go out of their way to create the solution you envision. We felt the timeline to implement the solution was more than appropriate.

I would say that while certainly acceptable the proofing process could use a little improvement. It is there but a little sooner visibility for the proof would be a nice improvement.
