Upon a client's arrival, the cost of the purchased package, along with any pre-payments, is promptly credited to the account associated with their designated table. The items included in the package are automatically dispatched to the kitchen or service area for preparation. Following that, any additional incidental charges can be added to the account and processed through a Point of Sale system. At the conclusion of the day, the sales data and items sold, whether as standalone purchases or as part of a package, are distributed to the relevant Departments within the Cost Centers, encompassing areas like Door Revenues, Food, Beverages, and Gratifications. This system is designed to work effortlessly with Points of Sale, managing both package sales and additional charges efficiently. Additionally, all advanced functionalities of the Newhotel Point of Sale are accessible, which includes invoicing for extra consumption and automatic categorization by revenue center.
