What is TradersWatcher?

TradersWatcher is a cutting-edge trading journal designed to highlight the essential elements of a trader's performance that are often missed by standard statistics, such as trade execution and the trader's emotional state during decision-making moments. The platform includes an Expert Advisor that streams real-time data on every trade fill from MT4 and MT5, providing critical insights into latency, slippage, spread at fill, requotes, and partial fills—metrics that a basic CSV export fails to capture—while also assessing broker performance based on actual trade outcomes. For those using trading platforms outside of MetaTrader, the system supports imports from 14 different broker and exchange formats, employing AI-assisted mapping for any data it encounters for the first time and ensuring deduplication to avoid redundant re-imports. Each trade entry is meticulously documented with its corresponding setup, the emotional state of the trader, the intensity of the decision, and a marker indicating whether the trade adhered to the established trading plan, accompanied by a concise spoken review that is recorded and transcribed at the conclusion of each trading session. Comprehensive statistics are subsequently produced based on a variety of factors, including setup type, time of day, trading session, day of the week, trading symbol, and emotional state. Furthermore, proprietary traders can take advantage of a powerful rule engine featuring 15 preset configurations, all designed to align with the specific timezone of their firm. It is crucial to note that the platform refrains from placing orders, sending signals, or copying trades, functioning instead as a reflective and analytical tool that empowers traders to evaluate and enhance their performance over time, ultimately fostering personal growth and strategic improvement in their trading endeavors.

What is Silo?

Silo is an online trading journal and analytics platform specifically designed for traders affiliated with proprietary firms such as FTMO, Topstep, and Apex who manage funded accounts. Traders can log comprehensive details about their trades, including entry and exit points, position sizes, selected instruments, risk parameters, and results, while also capturing the strategies utilized, relevant chart images, and personal insights into their execution and mindset. What distinguishes Silo from conventional trading journals is its capability to monitor performance in real-time against the regulations of prop firms, which includes tracking daily and overall loss limits, drawdown thresholds, profit targets, and consistency criteria, thus enabling traders to evaluate their compliance and preparedness for assessments. The platform offers valuable analytics that illuminate essential metrics like win rates, risk-reward ratios, expectancy, and profit factors, which are categorized by strategy, type of instrument, trading session, and time of day, assisting traders in identifying high-performing strategies and those that may hinder their results. Moreover, Silo features a systematic review process that promotes disciplined journaling, greatly supporting traders in effectively managing their evaluations. Available as a subscription-based service, it also provides a complimentary trial for new users, allowing them to experience its capabilities firsthand. By using Silo, traders can enhance their skills and increase their chances of success in the competitive trading landscape.
