We all know that having a business is already time consuming. One thing I love about this site is you fill in the info needed, send photos or videos or both and bam! A few days later you have an amazing site! Quick. Way. Painless!

The prices are good. I just wish they were a tad cheaper.

As per my website needs, I could use one or two additional pages.. also more control over the titles of my subjects. It’s a little confusing. Also be allowed to place photo’s in a posting.

Nothing really maybe automatic way to use you existing domain although it was easy to set up and lots of support to do so.

Generally very good value for money, especially in comparison to competitors. My previous website was so difficult to navigate and to make changes to that our new one is so time efficient.

Simplicity of the website, easy to edit simple updates / changes, straightforward to navigate. Live chat and instant support is very helpful too.

Limited colour schemes, for more in depth support it would have been easier to be able to speak to someone verbally.

Overall I find them to be a good company to use, helpful and innovative but for those that aren't up on the relevant tech words surrounding web design I think better explanation and discussion would be good.

Although very helpful and informative I felt that certain information was omitted in descriptions which meant that I purchased a deal that ended up not being of any use to me unless I spent a lot more on an upgraded package. Ueni did not lie or tell me otherwise, rather instead they left out parts of their explanation to a layman that really needed it spelt out

Good value for price compared to competitors. Still needs some work, but hopefully editing will be an easy process.

I left the computer halfway through the questionnaire. When I came back, I wasn’t able to type in my answers. I had to refresh in order to move forward. That’s the worst thing that happened to me while making this website. Just a mere frustration because I had to leave and return later. Not necessarily a complaint about the service.

Well since I'm a new customer time will tell but I will say overall I think that the site provided through UENI is the best professional simple seems very easy to use Actually to be honest I'm very impressed like I said I wished I just hadn't been wasting my time with the other company.

I love the simplicity of UENI website designs I was putting in a lot of work into another website project through a different company and my free website with UENI kept popping up and impressing me. So I decided to abandon the another website project and go with a paid plan through UENI very professional looking websites, love mine.

The only thing I don't like is the fact I been wasting so much on my own just to in the end realize that I already have everything I need with UENI.

Not quite sure how it’s going to end up. I just completed getting everything set up but still have a lot to do. It’s pretty simple however straightforward and easy to use if you have all of your ducks in a row. Affordable.

You have to do it yourself. We have to enter in all this information and answer all the questions and then make additional choices in the end. Everything is still really new so I’m not sure how it’s going to work for me.

Better than a lot of other products and providers out there. I tried others and like I say this is probably the best money can buy without a doubt. Many thanks.

Price of monthly and could be cheaper but it is what it is, not moaning.

Hate the upsell. If it sounds too good to be true comes to mind but losing 49.00 pounds to investigate is well worth it even if I bin the project. What I don't like is half way through the project being told I would have to pay another 400.00 to have all the features. To add insult to injury when I opted out I was immediately offered a 50% discount, just hate this ploy. Would have been furious had I paid the 400.00 only to find out I could have got a 50% discount had I held out!

I’m excited to see my new site. Very happy with communication received via live chat. Very knowledgeable staff always happy to help. Very quick 3 day turnaround. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective website for small business.
