UENI staff did an amazing job designing and illustrating a website for my small business with very little info and very little to work with.

They did everything perfect. I can not complain about anything. Even where I did not give any info for them to use they came up with very professional and descriptive subject manner to fill the space.

I’m still figuring ok if I will be keeping this service or if I will be moving elsewhere.

I liked the idea of a flat rate for lifetime services.

I was under the impression that it was coming with my own .com, but it doesn’t.

Fantastic for a starter website. They have offers with other companies that will help your business also. Give them a shot for less than £60 it really is a no brainer!

Had reservations because of how cheap this seamed to be. The forms were implemented enough to fill and give the information to the designers. My site was built in 2 days and I was able to edit any text or pictures I wanted.

The original form was hard to write in as kept missing words, no auto spell and had to move back for every character. Text and pictures of website overlap each other so need to edit again.

Great basic but professional looking website which is easily edited for someone who knows absolutely nothing about websites!

The editor is very easy to use and customer service is very helpful. Excellent value for money with a few different templates and colour schemes.

The way it looks on mobile wasn't really what I wanted.

Seem less from start to finish. There are options but there is no hard sell. And you get more than what they promise.

Seems foolproof it’s step by step and you can’t go wrong. Jargon free access to a decent website for the price of a tank of fuel.

It’s that good I might buy a couple more and transfer from Wix.

It's the first time I have had to change the content on a web site so I have no comparisons. I would also much rather talk to a person directly when we have an issue as it is very time consuming and confusing when you are trying to explain a problem and trying to work out what needs to be done even if the person on the 'other end' is trying to help us out.

The customer service is prompt and has been helpful when we had difficulties in moving images around in the gallery.
The web page looks clean and bright.

It would be better if there were more choice of templates.
It would be good if there were better options for manipulating the images. It has been quite frustrating and time consuming when we have wanted to reorder the images in the different sections like the gallery.
It would also be better for us to have more images allowed within the different sections so that customers could see more products/ types/ styles.
It is rather frustrating that there are not enough icons available in the latest news and events section. It barely gives us the opportunity to say much at all.

I love this site and will never go to anyone else ever again. I would always recommend this product.

I like to interaction with the people working for UENI. I love the simplicity and all the designs I can choose from.

It's a bit pricey but I still pay for it because it's worth it.

My overall experience with UENI so far has been wonderful. Admittedly, most--if not all of my concerns--are minuscule and really point back to my lack of motivation to enhance my site on my own. UENI staff has been extremely helpful to help and encourage me to redevelop, redesign and redirect marketing efforts for my burgeoning business idea. I'm, unfortunately, slowly working my way to the very helpful UENI recommendations slowed by the ongoing strife of the current worldwide pandemic.

I like the fact that UENI staff and customer service makes it very easy for a non-tech novice like myself to dream BIG! I really didn't know where to start with creating online presence for my still developing small business idea and fearing the cost. Somehow I found UENI and now my little dream of having web presence to grow my business has moved from dream to reality.

There's isn't much I can say that I don't like about UENI. However, if there's one thing I'd like to see happen when building out the site is for UENI to automatically build a payment method the template of a client's website if that's even possible.

Stellar Experience! I couldn't have imagined such a great experience. All I had to do was input what I wanted and boy, oh boy did they kick it up a notch.

I had the free version forever it seems like which was beautifully executed, I must say. Then I went to their PLUS version and I must say that it was over the top for me. The attention to details is extraordinary and all the focal points were hit. Now my website is warm and inviting. The relationship with Google has been an asset as well. I am seeing more traffic for just questions and to book my services. I am extremely happy. The customer service is timely and spot on as well.

Overall its a great not just good service. I would recommend this to any new business owner or startup who wants to join the dot com era.

The minimalism and flexibility of access, reminds me of an iPhone. It looks like you have limited access but its not the truth.

Some changes require communication with the development team.

For our tiny little business, this is an amazing way to get a web presence without having to shell out money every month to a larger web developer....absolutely perfect for us while we find out how successful we can be at the very beginning of our business journey!

The fixed price introductory pricing with lifetime web hosting and grown up features such as SSL certificates and Google Business Listing.

There are some inflexibilities in the website editor, but in the grand scheme of things, these are small concerns.

Unfortunately, if I had it to do over again, I would not consider UENI as an option. The price for the website was what prompted my decision to purchase.

Ease of information input. Just answer the presented questions and the site is built based on your responses.

Pictures did not represent our service. The domain name is different from my original domain name (does not match printed materials). Redundancy of the verbiage of what we do. Double billing from UENI website. (Over a week and still not corrected). The offer states complete in three days, did not happen. It took 4.5 days with no explanation as to why.

Not too bad really had a bit of a problem trying to figure out how to get the whole credit card acceptance thing but we got it figured out.

Easy for the most part setting up the website and navigating the project and getting off the ground.

Kind of confusing with the system not upgrading in real time.

It’s been amazing for me to grow with adding my Google my business site to UENI booking service is great too being able to ask for review right on site.

I love it I love when I need support they respond back ASAP! Always grateful to know that I have help when I get stuck. The product is easy to navigate through like 123 the entire website they designed which help me replace their words and write my story so very easy to edit website tons of learning material for you.

Overall, i have some way to go, but i do have confidence that this will go well. I do feel there's support in place should i need help.

I tried the free site, i loved how it looked. Then i had a LOT of emails about going for the plus, the full package. I eventually caved in, and today signed up. I still have much to learn, i still need to talk to the team, but I'm compiling a list before i book the call, to ensure I get my answers, then I'll feel confident enough to promote my website. 😁

I did feel slightly pressured into buying the plus, BUT then i realised that was good marketing from UENI, so hopefully my own page will encourage a few sales of my merchandise😁

I’ve had some difficulty with getting discounts. I tried getting credit one time in effort to change to an annual payment schedule but UENI would not budge. I am still paying UENI monthly!! TERRIBLE.

The customer service is good. But only when I can speak with someone over the phone. I am not a fan of not being able to speak with the people taking my money.

There aren’t live persons to talk to at a dial. I find it terrible that one cannot speak with a customer service representative at a dial. Any good company would not make it difficult for their clients to contact them over the phone.

This is my first website so I do not have any comparison but all my customer service contacts have been very positive with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I do like the website but feel frustrated when trying to navigate and work through my actions and they haven't been updated.

Unable to accept voucher/discount codes on checkout.
Doesn't always update actions on dashboard.
The links to other sites are not always clear.

Amazing service and and insane price. This service was 90% cheaper than the other option I was going to use.

The price and customer service were phenomenal. The form to get my site started was very very thorough.

Nothing that I didn't like. Well, maybe there could be more color choices.
