Very simple sign up, start the website right away once it’s done and very good and quick chat for help.

DIY is so confusing and Ueni made it very simple by doing it all also to advertise you website on google is so difficult and they are also handling that.

I didn’t see anything I don’t like, I don’t think it will be anything to have an issue with because they made it very easy to us.

100% best option I thoroughly recommend! The prices are great and include and great amount of services.

I am super happy with the service so far and customer service has been very useful. I am a new beginner but also a very excited one because the price of the lifetime plan was so good!

It has worked well for our needs. Due to the lack of customizations it took a little longer to get things implemented, however once we did we are happy with our new site and the services provided along with it. Also the customer service team is very helpful and accommodating.

It has a lot of integrative features you would pay for separate on other platforms. Great customer service!

Changed over to UENI from another provider and probably the best thing I’ve done for my business. Loads of help and advice and just the little extras that have improved the experience. Yes a little pricey but with what you get for that little extra it’s well worth it.

The cost - which turns out IS too good to be true! Sadly- I don’t have anything good to say while my website is losing money and giving me an unprofessional appearance, and this has been going on for over a month and UENI still hasn’t fixed the issues! People cannot pay on my site because of a glitch in their system among other issues that they assured me would be taken care of and they are not!

Not being able to talk to support on the phone! Losing money because my customers can’t pay online, and I’m still waiting for you to fix it! Pay pal isn’t correctly linked because not all my customers show up on my website. I have had ongoing problems and they are still not fixed and I was supposed to receive a phone call today concerning this and I have not heard back. It would be comical except IT IS COSTING ME MONEY And it looks totally unprofessional! And no one is bothering to do anything about it!

I run across an ad for a website built for you at a one time low cost. I honestly didn't think it was true but I did some research and ended up purchasing the lifetime offer that includes UENI building the website and lifetime web hosting. After purchase I answered a few simple questions about my business and uploaded my company logo along with a few pictures I had taken. The pictures I had taken honestly didn't look that great so they uploaded high quality stock photos to my website. This is only the first day of my website being created but it honestly looks great. I don't have any items I sell other than taking a deposit for private events and they added the ability for my customers to select a date and time and pay for the party deposit. I have linked my company PayPal account to accept payments and now just waiting for my custom domain to be linked up to the site. All has been extremely easy with easy to understand direction and photos to help walk you through the process.

The ease of answering a few questions to set up your website and they take your answers along with photos to create a website in just three days.

So far no cons. All has been super easy and straight forward.

The overall experience using UENI is fantastic. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I use this website for my driving school. It does everything that is needed and brings in enough business to justify the cost. Even when i was using the free version it still provided plenty of opportunity.

I asked UENI to open a site for me few years ago. I had an offer that time to get my personal domain. I have purchased it wrong time I believe, as Corvid-19 attacked the whole world. I stopped my practice for 2 years. Now as we back to normal, I needed to improve my site and add more pictures and buttons. Subscription is unaffordable to me at the moment. I'm very thankful for UENI staff. They rectified my concern and offered a fantastic opportunity to get a Lifetime service for a fix one off payment which was absolutely 💯 affordable.

UENI staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. They rectified my concern in hours and I'm all sorted with my subscription and can build up my business again.

The only one thing with with Lifetime subscription, I can't get my personal domain. But I don't think it will stop me to move forward.

I Love this company and would refer them to anyone I know. And if you're having a hard time making the payment they really work with you and I truly thank them for that.

Ueni pretty much have all the things you need to build a nice professional website. There customer service is phenomenal.

The only con I have is they need more themes but other than that it's pretty good

As mentioned already, great products, considering the price we paid, the outcome or proposed design is basic, I now need to customise it to what we really need. But good way to start.

I have not done anything with the website at this point, as I've not had enough time, but I hope there will be a way to change where the site refers to my practice as "our" and "we"! I am a sole practitioner.

It seemed simple enough at the beginning. So, I am supposed to use at least 100 characters minimum in order to submit this review; however, I do not have enough positive things to say in order to meet the minimum requirement.

The initial price of $79 pay one time only, sounded too good to be true, as I was surprised to find out I would need a domain name in order to do anything with the website and the cost of that was a surprise. If I'd know about the domain name and how much more it would cost, before going through the entire process of answering the questions for the site, I may have still gone ahead with it, or I may not have, at least I would have felt as though it was clear to me from the start.

Overall experience painless. The support we received was excellent all the design work customised to our request.

We are very happy with our brand new website. Easy to use and very reasonably priced for the quality.

Have only just had the new website so no cons that we can see.
