What is TridentStack Control?
TridentStack Control is a unified endpoint security and patch management platform designed to help organizations manage updates, vulnerabilities, policies, and compliance across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. It combines operating system patching, third-party application updates, CVE detection, network exposure monitoring, policy enforcement, and compliance framework management into one agent-based product. The platform is built to replace disconnected tools by giving IT and security teams one console for update approvals, phased deployments, software inventory, vulnerability dashboards, compliance scoring, and endpoint configuration. TridentStack Control supports intelligent applicability filtering so each endpoint receives the updates that apply to its operating system, applications, and security state. Its patch management features include deployment rings, approval workflows, supersedence tracking, automatic cleanup, pre-staging, CVE enrichment, and reboot policy controls. For third-party applications, the platform provides package manager integration, silent deployment, progress tracking, version pinning, configuration profiles, and application compliance visibility. Vulnerability detection works by matching endpoint inventory against an enriched CVE catalog with CVSS scoring, severity prioritization, known exploited vulnerability tracking, and exception management. Network exposure monitoring helps teams identify listening ports, firewall state, exposed services, risky processes, digital signature status, and port changes over time. Policy management allows administrators to deploy settings through the agent without requiring Active Directory, with versioning, rollback, enforcement checks, and compliance verification. Compliance automation evaluates fleets against CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIGs, Microsoft Security Baselines, and NIST controls while showing scores, failed controls, trends, evidence, exemptions, and remediation guidance.
