What is Troubleshooting Training System?

The System Troubleshooting course provided by TPC Training is designed to equip maintenance professionals with vital troubleshooting skills, emphasizing safety and systematic methods. It begins by laying the foundational concepts of troubleshooting, particularly in mechanical refrigeration systems, while delivering essential knowledge for effective problem-solving and addressing safety concerns related to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and environmental hazards, along with the necessary tools and the importance of soft skills. After this initial overview, the course presents a comprehensive six-step troubleshooting methodology, highlighting the necessity of collecting information from equipment operators, using data from nameplates and operational logs, employing troubleshooting charts, creating preliminary checklists, and identifying which components and subsystems require inspection. In addition, the program features a module dedicated to troubleshooting electrical controls, where participants learn to use flowcharts, check contactors, identify faulty coils, and differentiate between failures in control and motor circuits. By focusing on these critical areas, the course aims to significantly enhance the participants' capabilities in diagnosing and effectively resolving problems across a variety of systems. Ultimately, this training not only fosters technical acumen but also prepares professionals to respond adeptly to diverse troubleshooting challenges.
