Milestones for SLAs can be set as a fraction of the SLA time elapsed, which can automatically generate alerts for the appropriate personnel. The VI Service Desk is capable of global deployment, functioning as a centralized web application, a replicated Notes application, or both, thus ensuring versatility. Access to the platform is available through the Notes client, popular web browsers, iPads, and a variety of mobile devices, enhancing user convenience.
