What is Vaultie?

Protect your essential documents with Vaultie, which employs digital signatures paired with verified selfies and operates on blockchain technology for instant validation. To start, simply take a selfie using your smartphone or computer, which we then compare to the photo on your identification to confirm your identity. After that, upload your document to Vaultie, where you can easily drag and drop to indicate areas that need signatures. Signers do not need a paid subscription; they can create a free account and verify their identity using a government-issued ID. During the signing process, each participant will take a selfie that is matched against their ID photo for an additional layer of identity confirmation. A unique QR code is also integrated into any document that is downloaded or printed, allowing for quick verification later on. All your documents are safely stored in your personal Vaultie archive, which is encrypted for your protection and accessible from anywhere, enhancing both security and convenience. This cutting-edge solution guarantees that your private information is not only secure but also readily available whenever you need it, making it an invaluable tool for managing sensitive data.

What is PQC Imza?

PQC Imza provides an online electronic-signature solution that utilizes ML-DSA-44 (NIST FIPS 204) post-quantum signatures for managing documents. With this platform, users can either upload their PDFs or create new documents from templates and an AI-driven builder, after which they can invite signers and decide which signatures to confirm. Signers are able to verify their identities via the PQC Wallet mobile application, which uses the NFC capabilities of their ID cards or passports, allowing them to sign documents effortlessly on their mobile devices. Each generated PDF includes detailed information about the signers on every page, incorporates a QR code for easy verification, and ensures the security of the document's fingerprint and signature records through SciChain. Customers can purchase credits on a per-document basis, choose from non-expiring credit bundles, or opt for various subscription options that are available on a monthly or annual basis, all while allowing those invited to sign at no charge. This service is designed to accommodate both individuals and organizations looking for an efficient way to collect electronic signatures. Nevertheless, users should be aware that in Türkiye, these electronic signatures do not qualify as qualified secure electronic signatures according to Law No. 5070, emphasizing the importance of understanding local legal frameworks. Understanding the nuances of these laws can help users navigate the electronic signature landscape more effectively.
