What is WebWorks ePublisher?

WebWorks increases the effectiveness of your product by simplifying the publishing process, which allows you to dedicate more time to enhancing the documentation for your clients. The One-Click Publishing approach stands out as a perfect solution for publishing documentation because of its effectiveness and accuracy. It consists of three key stages: create, generate, and deliver. This easy-to-follow workflow is crafted to be nimble, flexible, and intelligent, allowing you to focus more on refining your message instead of getting caught up in the complexities of the publishing process. With the help of ePublisher, One-Click publishing is made possible through a customizable template referred to as ePublisher Stationery. This stationery includes a set of guidelines that detail the entire publishing workflow. Once designed and stored, this stationery can be conveniently distributed among team members to help share the workload. Additionally, ePublisher Designer grants you the ability to modify your stationery according to your unique publishing needs, making it the fastest and most scalable method for generating ready-to-use documentation sets. Ultimately, this optimized approach not only enhances productivity but also significantly improves the overall quality of the documentation, ensuring that clients receive the best possible information. By leveraging these tools, teams can save time and reduce errors, leading to a more seamless publishing experience overall.

What is Scroll Versions?

Scroll Versions empowers users to effortlessly create, manage, and share documentation within Confluence. This tool enables efficient planning, writing, and deployment of high-quality documentation, making it ideal for products that are complex and frequently evolving. It allows for the centralized management of multiple documentation versions, all within a single environment. Users can swiftly add or update documentation pages and seamlessly publish the most current version during product releases. By simply choosing the desired version, variant, and language, you can make your Confluence content accessible with just a few clicks, whether in a new or existing space. Furthermore, it is feasible to publish content to an entirely different Confluence system. A distinctive aspect of Scroll Versions is its allowance for duplicate page titles within one space, which adds flexibility to content organization. Additionally, you can rename a page without affecting existing links, as the link remains separate from the page title. The system also accommodates the management of various product variants in a unified space, with Space Administrators able to set product variants at the space level and Authors designating relevant content for specific product variants. This organized and streamlined approach not only fosters collaboration but also ensures that the documentation remains up-to-date and systematically arranged for all users involved. As a result, teams can work more efficiently and maintain clarity in their documentation efforts.
