What is Sincron HR Software?
Nonprofits, social-service agencies, and SMBs shouldn't have to reshape their operations around software designed for a completely different kind of organization. Closing that gap is why we built this HR platform, serving teams from 30 up to 10,000 employees since our founding in 2007.
We keep the cost structure realistic for this sector. A $500, three-month trial covers setup and onboarding support, and there's no long-term contract at the end of it. Cancel if it's not the right fit.
A CARF surveyor works directly within our team. That means advice on Community Living, Ministry of Children and Families, and equivalent U.S. state reporting comes standard rather than being added later. Compliance is simply part of how the system was designed.
